The Domus VERSA-300 is a 300 mm round bunker light for exterior walls and ceilings, IP65 and IK08, with a wattage switch (15 / 18 / 25 W) and a colour switch (3000 K / 4000 K / 5700 K), in plain or eyelid form, black or white.
✅ Two dip switches, and both of them are worth using. One sets the brightness — low, medium or high — and the other sets the colour temperature. Both are set before the fitting goes on the wall.
That is what “VERSA” means here: one product covers six specifications, so a builder can carry one box for a whole site and set each fitting to suit where it lands. ✅ Unusually for this catalogue, all three wattages are correctly recorded on this listing — several other wattage-switchable Domus products record none at all.
IK08 is an impact rating — it describes resisting a physical knock, which is a different question from resisting water.
Ø300 mm across the face, 80 mm deep. ⚠ Our record also holds a width and length of 320 mm, which is 20 mm larger than the stated diameter — most likely the mounting plate or the packed envelope. If it is going into a tight space, ask us and we will confirm the true footprint.
Ø300 × 80 mm round bunker, plain or eyelid, black or white. Wattage switchable 15 / 18 / 25 W and colour switchable 3000 K / 4000 K / 5700 K, both by dip switch at installation. 15 W output 830 lm (3000 K), 850 lm (4000 K); ⛔ 18 W and 25 W outputs not published — ask us. 110° beam, CRI ≥80, SMD, 50,000 hrs. IP65 and IK08 impact rated. ⛔ Not dimmable. 220–240 V AC. Warranty 3 years.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
The eyelid adds a hood over the top of the aperture, which cuts the light thrown upwards. Specify it where the fitting sits under a bedroom window, near a neighbouring boundary, or on a site with an obtrusive-light condition — and where people approach from further up a path and would otherwise look straight into it. It reduces the upward spill, not the total output.
No, and this is worth being clear about because the wattage switch looks like dimming. The switch selects 15, 18 or 25 W once, at installation, using a dip switch inside the fitting — it is not controlled from a wall plate and it does not vary the light in use. Do not buy a dimmer for this one.
We are not publishing those figures. The 15 W setting gives 830 lumens at 3000 K and 850 at 4000 K; the datasheet's table for the higher settings does not read cleanly enough for us to quote it, and a misread lumen figure is worse than none. Ask us and we will confirm with Domus.
It is an impact rating — resisting a physical knock, which is a different question from resisting water. It is the reason to choose a bunker light over an ordinary exterior wall light in a car park, a shared stairwell, a bin store, a walkway or a school. It is on the datasheet rather than the product record, so quote it from here if it is part of your specification.
Yes — IP65 covers water jets from any direction, so an exposed wall or an open carport ceiling is fine, subject to your electrician and AS/NZS 3000.
Ø300 mm across the face and 80 mm deep. Our record also carries a width and length of 320 mm, 20 mm larger than the stated diameter — most likely the mounting plate or the packed size. If it is going into a tight space, ask us and we will confirm the true footprint before you order.
3000 K for a home entry, path or alfresco, where warm light is what people expect at night. 4000 K for car parks, walkways and commercial entries where you want the space to read as bright. 5700 K is available but reads harsh outside a house.
