Warranties, Returns & Refunds 

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and the check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is always a replacement warranty only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and / or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.

Damaged or Missing items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven days of receipt of the product. The customer is to provide photographs of the damages and email them to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.


Change of mind returns
Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.
