Shipping Policy

We offer a flat $11.95 shipping rate for most Metro areas around Australia. If your postcode does not fall into this category, shipping will be calculated at checkout. For all split shipments, depending on location, an additional charge may apply. We dispatch on multiple courier services Monday to Sunday.

Order above $200 is free in Region 1.

Delivery Times

Delivery times for online orders are subject to changing stock levels. We do our best to ensure orders are processed and shipped as swiftly as possible. If you require your order by a specific date, contact us before placing your order and we can give you an accurate delivery date.

- NSW/QLD/VIC Metro: 1-4 Days
- NSW/QLD/VIC Country: 3-8 Days
- SA/TAS: 2-7 Days
- WA/NT: 6-12 Days

IMPORTANT: DO NOT book an electrician until you have fully received your goods to ensure they are correct, on time, and not damaged.

While all care is taken in the packaging and postage of your purchase, we assume no liability for any late deliveries, including expenses incurred for services provided by electricians or other contractors not party to this agreement.

ATL (Authority to Leave)
All orders will be defaulted as Authority to Leave.

Extra Shipping
Charges may apply for orders from Tasmania, Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island, Christmas Island, remote areas, or for larger quantities.

Long Lengths
For packages over 2 meters, a $30 freight charge will be added to cover courier excess size charges and heavy-duty packing materials.

We aim to deliver anywhere in Australia via Australia Post and selected couriers. While we strive to reach all locations, some delivery restrictions may occasionally apply. We do not currently ship outside of Australia.

In-Store Pick-Up
Save on delivery charges by choosing to pick up from our Ashfield store. This option will be available at checkout, and we will notify you via email and phone when your order is ready for pickup.
