Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is a flat $14.95 to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra metro areas, and free on orders over $250 to those areas. Rates for all other areas are shown below and calculated at checkout from your postcode. For all split shipments, depending on location, an additional charge may apply. We dispatch on multiple courier services Monday to Sunday.

Long Items
Rigid items longer than 1.5 metres that cannot be coiled or folded, such as aluminium profiles, posts and rods, need courier oversize handling and heavy-duty packing. Any order containing one of these items is charged a flat $50.00 shipping fee per order, in every region. This fee replaces the standard shipping rate, and the free shipping thresholds above do not apply. It is applied automatically at checkout.

Express Shipping
Express shipping can be selected at checkout for $50.00 or $75.00, depending on your postcode.

PO Boxes
We deliver to PO Boxes with Australia Post for parcels up to 105 cm long, at the standard rate for that area. Long items cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Please use a street address for those orders.

Delivery Times

Delivery times for online orders are subject to changing stock levels. We do our best to ensure orders are processed and shipped as swiftly as possible. If you require your order by a specific date, contact us before placing your order and we can give you an accurate delivery date.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT book an electrician until you have fully received your goods to ensure they are correct, on time, and not damaged.

While all care is taken in the packaging and postage of your purchase, we assume no liability for any late deliveries, including expenses incurred for services provided by electricians or other contractors not party to this agreement.

ATL (Authority to Leave)
All orders will be defaulted as Authority to Leave.

Extra Shipping
Charges may apply for orders from Tasmania, Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island, Christmas Island, remote areas, or for larger quantities.

We aim to deliver anywhere in Australia via Australia Post, Direct Freight, Aramex and selected couriers. While we strive to reach all locations, some delivery restrictions may occasionally apply. We do not currently ship outside of Australia.

In-Store Pick-Up
Save on delivery charges by choosing to pick up from our Ashfield store. This option will be available at checkout, and we will notify you via email and phone when your order is ready for pickup.
