⛔ Its datasheet says "power per metre" and gives you totals

• ⭐ Two of the three divide exactly to the 17.3 W/m that every other MAX-50 product records. ⭐ So the figures are TOTALS, and the label is wrong.
• ✅ The product record confirms it: it holds 20.76 W for the 1.2 m — the total, not a rate.
• ⛔ Read as written, a 2.4 m pendant would be sized at 2.4 × 41.6 = 100 W — ⚠ two and a half times its real draw. ⭐ On a run of six that is 600 W of imagined load against 250.
• ⚠ The 1.7 m figure divides to 18.35 W/m. ⭐ At the range's 17.3 W/m, 31.2 W would be 1.80 m — so that length is probably nominal rather than exact. ⭐ Ask us if 100 mm matters in a ceiling grid.
• ✅ Use 20.8 W, 31.2 W and 41.6 W as the totals.

⭐ Fixed lengths, where the rest of the MAX range is sold per metre

• ⭐ Every other MAX-50 product is sold by the metre and cut to your run. This one comes in three set lengths.
• ⭐ Which is the easier purchase and the harder fit. You get a complete, finished pendant with no cutting, no end-cap ordering and no on-site assembly — and you get whatever length is nearest.
• ⭐ Over a 2.4 m boardroom table, the 2.4 m pendant is exactly right. ⚠ Over a 3 m island it is not, and the per-metre MAX-50 Down Pendant is the product that solves that.
• ⭐ Rule of thumb for a table: a pendant roughly two-thirds the table length looks right and lights it evenly. ⭐ So 1.2 m suits a 1.8 m table, 1.7 m suits 2.5 m, and 2.4 m suits 3.6 m.

• 2,960 lm at 1.2 m, 4,440 at 1.7 m, 5,920 at 2.4 m in 3000 K — and 3,120 / 4,680 / 6,240 lm in 4000 K.
• ⭐ That works out at about 150 lm/W, ⭐ which is high — most of the fittings in this catalogue sit between 60 and 100.
• ⭐ The named Osram LED boards are part of why. ⚠ A named board brand is unusual in this catalogue and it is worth noticing: it means the light engine is a specified component rather than an anonymous one, which matters for colour consistency across a run and for replacement years later.
• CRI ≥80, 120° beam, 50,000 hrs, IP20.

⛔ It records "not dimmable" — and the MAX range sells DALI and 0-10 V variants

• ⛔ Every MAX listing records dimmable = No. ⭐ And the profile products in the range sell DALI, 0–10 V and TUNABLE/DALI variants.
• ⭐ The reading is that the base product is non-dimmable and control is a variant choice — the datasheet says the system offers “DALI dimming and emergency upon request”.
• ⚠ But a single yes/no field cannot express “depends which variant you buy”, ⛔ so a customer filtering on dimmable never sees the most controllable products in this catalogue.
• ⚠ This particular listing offers only 3000 K and 4000 K in three finishes — ⛔ no DALI or 0–10 V variant appears on it. ⭐ The per-metre MAX-50 pendant does carry them. ⭐ Tell us if you need dimming at a fixed length and we will ask Domus.

The datasheet lists high-output LED boards and integrated emergency as available on request. ⛔ Neither appears as a variant. ⭐ On a commercial job the emergency option is the one worth asking about, because retrofitting emergency into a suspended linear run afterwards means a second product alongside it.
