The Domus NEO-PRO REC is a recessed LED downlight in 13 W, 25 W or 35 W, black or white, with an anti-glare deep-set frame, switchable 3000 K / 4000 K / 5700 K and an integrated dimmable driver.
⛔ Two things to settle before anyone cuts a ceiling.
1. The cutout. The 13 W takes Ø90 mm. We are not publishing cutouts for the 25 W and 35 W, because the datasheets we hold do not give them and a larger LED body normally needs a larger hole. Three families in this catalogue already need two different cutouts under one model name. Tell us the wattage and we will confirm the hole size with Domus first.
2. The IP65 has a footnote. The datasheet says “IP65 from front only”. That is the rating you get looking up at it from the room — not from above. It means it can go in a bathroom or a covered alfresco ceiling, and it does not mean the back of the fitting is sealed against water in the ceiling void.
Fully dimmable with suitable dimmers — the driver is built in. ⚠ The qualifier matters: “suitable” is doing real work in that sentence, and a mismatched dimmer is the usual cause of flicker or a limited bottom end. Tell us the dimmer and we will confirm the pairing.
Recessed, anti-glare deep-set frame with a frosted diffuser and an integrated dimmable driver with flex and plug. 13 W: 850 / 1,000 / 900 lm at 3000 K / 4000 K / 5700 K (switchable by dip switch), 80° beam, Ø90 mm cutout. ⛔ 25 W and 35 W output and cutout not published — ask us before cutting. CRI ≥80, 50,000 hrs. Fully dimmable with suitable dimmers. 220–240 V AC. IP65 — from the front only. Aluminium, black or white. Warranty 3 years.

Ø90 mm for the 13 W. For the 25 W and 35 W we are not publishing a figure, because the datasheets we hold do not give one and a larger LED body normally needs a larger hole. Three other families in this catalogue already need two different cutouts under one model name, so this is not a theoretical worry. Tell us the wattage and we will confirm with Domus before anyone cuts.
Yes — that is what the PRO version is for. It is IP65 from the front, which is the rating you get looking up at it from the room, so it suits bathroom and covered alfresco ceilings subject to your electrician and the zones in AS/NZS 3000.
It means the seal is on the face of the fitting, not around the whole body. From the room side it is protected against water jets; the back of the fitting sitting in the ceiling void is not sealed to the same standard. In practice that is fine for a bathroom ceiling and it is not a substitute for keeping the void dry.
We are not publishing figures for them. The datasheet we hold covers the 13 W — 850 lumens at 3000 K, 1,000 at 4000 K, 900 at 5700 K. Scaling those by wattage would be a guess, and efficacy does not stay flat across a range. Ask us and we will get the real numbers.
No. The driver is integrated and comes with a flex and plug, so there is no separate box to find a home for above the ceiling. That also means the whole fitting is replaced as a unit at end of life.
Fully dimmable with suitable dimmers — and "suitable" is doing real work in that sentence. A mismatched dimmer is the usual cause of flicker or a poor bottom end. Tell us which dimmer you are using and we will confirm the pairing before you buy both.
The LED sits deep in the frame behind a frosted diffuser rather than flush with the aperture, so you are not looking straight at the source. In an open-plan room with a lot of downlights that is the single biggest comfort difference between one fitting and another.
