Product Description
xThe Verik is a 450 mm table lamp in iron with a rotatable shade — one GU10 lamp — in brass, beige or black.
One lamp, 450 mm tall. Our datasheet describes the floor Verik — 1,530 mm and two lamps — and does not fit this product. The figures here come from the product record and the live specification, which agree.
The shade rotates, and that is the point
Most table lamps throw light wherever the shade happens to face. The Verik’s shade turns, so one lamp does several jobs: aimed down it is a reading light; aimed at the wall it becomes an indirect wash; aimed up it lifts a dark corner. You are buying adjustability, not just a shape.
GU10, which suits a directional lamp
A GU10 is a reflector lamp — it has its own beam. On a fitting whose shade you point at things, that is exactly right, and it means you choose the beam angle: narrow for reading, wide for a wall wash. Not supplied, so the choice is genuinely yours, and you can change it later. Up to 6 W.
Brass shades on black, or plain
- Brass on black — the dressed-up version; warm metal against a dark frame.
- Black — graphic and quiet.
- Beige — the soft neutral, closest to disappearing.
Plug in and use it
Class II, double insulated, no earth required, with a lead and plug and no installation at all.
There is a floor Verik too
The same design at 1,530 mm with two rotatable shades. A pair on either side of a sofa with this one on the side table reads as one considered scheme.

Questions
How tall is it?
450 mm. Our datasheet says 1,530 mm, but that is the floor Verik — a different product.
How many lamps does it take?
One GU10 up to 6 W, not supplied. The datasheet's two lamps belong to the floor version.
What does the rotatable shade do?

Why GU10 rather than a normal globe?

No. It is double insulated with a lead and plug, and requires no installation.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
