xThe Vantel PE80 is an 800 mm circular LED pendant in black — 48 W giving 1,435 lm, with switchable 3000 K / 4000 K / 5000 K, dimmable.
⚠ Read the wattage carefully — this is not an efficient fitting. 48 W for 1,435 lm is 30 lumens per watt, which is among the lowest in this catalogue. For comparison, at the same 1,435 lm:
- the Madras WB120 wall light uses 24 W — half;
- the Eltz oyster would use about 14 W — less than a third.
The figures are not an error. The two sibling Vantels give 29 and 26 lm/W independently, so the three confirm each other. The Vantel is a fitting you buy for the form — a clean 800 mm lit circle — and it will cost roughly three times as much to run as an efficient fitting of the same brightness. Worth knowing, and no source said it.
An 800 mm lit circle — and that is the whole product
The Vantel is a ring: a clean circular form that reads as a drawn line of light against a ceiling. At 800 mm it is a large architectural gesture, and it is the sort of fitting specified for a form the room needs rather than for output.
The range is offered explicitly for commercial settings as well as domestic, and that is where the geometry usually earns its keep — reception areas, meeting rooms, stairwells and open-plan spaces where the ring reads from a distance.
1,435 lumens — plan the room around it
Despite the 48 W, the actual light is moderate. Over a dining table it is adequate; as the only light in a large open room it is not. If you are choosing an 800 mm pendant expecting it to light a space in proportion to its size, it will not — plan supporting light, or ask us about a brighter fitting.
Dimmable, and switchable across three colours
3000 K, 4000 K, 5000 K set at installation, plus dimming. That combination is genuinely useful and quite rare here: many bright pendants in this catalogue cannot be dimmed at all. It means one fitting covers a cool bright working setting and a warm low evening one.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
