Product Description
xThe Vantel PE2T is a 600 mm two-tier circular LED pendant in black — 48 W giving 1,235 lm, with switchable 3000 K / 4000 K / 5000 K, dimmable.
⚠ Two things about the numbers, and neither was published.
- It gives LESS light than the single 800 mm ring, from the same 48 watts. 1,235 lm against 1,435 lm. Two tiers, same power, 14% less output.
- At 26 lm/W it is the least efficient fitting in the range, and among the lowest in this catalogue. An efficient fitting produces 1,235 lm from about 12 watts.
The figures are not an error — the other two Vantels give 29 and 30 lm/W independently, so the family confirms itself. This is a fitting bought for the two-tier form, and it will cost roughly four times as much to run as an efficient fitting of the same brightness.
Two tiers — depth instead of width
The PE2T takes the Vantel's circular form and stacks it: two rings at different heights on a single drop, within a 600 mm footprint.
That is a different proposition from the single-ring sizes. A flat 800 mm ring is a drawn line on the ceiling plane — it reads from below. A two-tier fitting has vertical presence: it reads from the side as well, which is what you want in a stairwell, a void, an entry with height, or anywhere the fitting is seen at eye level from a landing or an upper floor.
So the choice is not size, it is orientation: the 800 mm for a room seen from below, the two-tier for a space seen from the side.
1,235 lumens — a form, not a light source
Moderate output, and at 600 mm it is a feature over a table rather than a room light. Plan supporting light in any space larger than a dining area.
Dimmable, and switchable across three colours
3000 K, 4000 K, 5000 K at installation, plus dimming — and on a fitting whose whole purpose is how it looks, dimming matters more than usual: dimmed low, a two-tier ring becomes two floating lines of light rather than a lit object.
⚠ No weight and no dimensions beyond the 600 mm width. The datasheet's height, length and width cells are all zero, so we do not know how tall the two-tier assembly is — which on a stacked fitting is the critical figure for planning a drop. Ask us before you order, particularly for a stairwell where clearance is fixed. It hangs from an 80 mm canopy on a 2,000 mm adjustable suspension.
Aluminium, iron and silicon
The silicon is missing from our record; it does the sealing and diffusing along the rings. Class I — earth required, CRI above 80, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
