The Truvon PE40 is a 405 mm pendant in four colourways — integrated 20 W giving 1,550 lm, with selectable 3000 K / 4000 K / 5000 K, on a 2,000 mm suspension.
⚠ You can choose the colour of the light, but not its level. The Truvon offers three colour temperatures and does not dim — which on a fitting most people hang over a dining table is the wrong way round.
The colour is set once, at installation, and never touched again. The brightness, which you would want to change every evening, is fixed at 1,550 lumens.
If the Truvon is going over a table, know that before you buy it. If dimming matters, ask us — the Torben linear pendant is TRIAC dimmable.
77.5 lm/W, which is efficient, and enough to light a table on its own — a genuinely bright pendant rather than a decorative one. Over an island or a dining table it will do the work without help.
The simple, clean form is the point of the Truvon: a plain shade at 405 mm, which is why it comes in two sizes and four colourways — it is designed to fit in rather than to be the thing you look at.
⚠ Decide before the electrician leaves. Our record flags the Truvon as colour changing, which overstates it: the setting is made at the fitting, at installation, and cannot be changed from a switch, an app or a remote afterwards. And if you are hanging two or three in a row, they must all be set the same — a run where one is 4000 K and the others are 3000 is obvious and irritating, and fixing it means getting the electrician back.
Black, white, black with oak and white with oak. The two-tone versions put a warm timber tone against a plain shade, which is what lets a simple pendant sit in a Scandinavian or warm-modern room.
⚠ The materials recorded are aluminium, iron and polycarbonate — no timber. So the “oak” is very likely a finish rather than the material, in the same way that several “walnut” lamps in this catalogue are painted iron.
We have not asserted either way, and we have asked Telbix. If you are choosing it for real timber, ask us to confirm before you order.
A light fitting for its size, on a 120 mm canopy with 2,000 mm of adjustable suspension. At 1.5 kg it needs no special fixing provision, which is a real difference from the heavier pendants in this catalogue — and the 2 metres of drop covers both a normal ceiling and a raked one.
IP20 — indoor and dry locations only, and Class I — earth required. In aluminium, iron and polycarbonate, sand finish. CRI above 80.

Integrated 20 W LED giving 1,550 lm, included, with 3000 K / 4000 K / 5000 K set at installation, CRI >80, not dimmable. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.

No — and it is worth knowing before you hang it over a table. The Truvon lets you choose the colour of the light, which is set once at installation and never touched again, but not its level, which is fixed at 1,550 lumens. If dimming matters, ask us about the Torben linear pendant, which is TRIAC dimmable.
3000 K for dining tables, living rooms and bedrooms — the right answer in most homes. 4000 K over a kitchen island where you work, because it renders food and boards more truthfully. 5000 K belongs in a garage, laundry or workshop.
The recorded materials are aluminium, iron and polycarbonate — no timber. So the oak is very likely a finish rather than the material, in the same way several “walnut” lamps in this catalogue are painted iron. We have not asserted either way and have asked Telbix; if you are choosing it for real timber, ask us to confirm before you order.
Yes — 1,550 lumens at 77.5 lm/W, a genuinely bright pendant rather than a decorative one. Over an island or a dining table it will do the work without help.
Yes, and they must all be set to the same colour temperature at installation. A run where one is 4000 K and the others are 3000 is obvious and irritating, and fixing it means getting the electrician back.
Nothing special — 1.5 kg is light for a 405 mm pendant, which is a real difference from the heavier fittings in this catalogue.
No. Our record flags it as colour changing, which overstates it — the setting is made at the fitting during installation and cannot be changed from a switch, an app or a remote.
