Trina 12 Light Pendant

The Trina is a twelve-light pendant in black — integrated LEDs totalling 26 W for 1,320 lm at 3000 K — on a 3-metre suspension.

A 3-metre drop, which is the real specification

Most pendants here hang on 1.5 or 2 metres of suspension. The Trina carries 3,000 mm — and that tells you what it is for. This is a fitting for a stairwell, a double-height void or a raked ceiling, where a standard pendant simply cannot reach. If your ceiling is ordinary, the drop will need shortening at installation; if it is a void, this is one of very few fittings in the range that will work without a custom order.

Twelve points down a 565 mm body

Twelve small sources rather than one mass, over a 565 mm height — so seen from below or from a landing it reads as a cascade of individual lights. That is the whole reason to hang it in a void, where you see it from several levels at once.

Aluminium, iron and fibre

The material list includes fibre alongside the metals — absent from our record — which is what keeps a twelve-light fitting down to a manageable weight on a 3-metre drop.

1,320 lumens — atmosphere, not illumination

Be clear on the scale. 1,320 lm spread across twelve points in a stairwell is a soft, decorative presence, not room lighting. In a void that is usually right — you want to see the fitting, not read by it — but plan other light if the space needs to be usable.

A 450 mm canopy

Not a small plate. Check it against the ceiling — and on a raked or lined ceiling, against how it will sit — before installation day.

It does not dim

One level only, at 3000 K with CRI >83.
