Product Description
xThe Trina PE10B is a ten-drop linear bar pendant in black — integrated 22 W giving 880 lm at 3000 K, CRI above 83, on a 3,000 mm suspension.
⚠ First, a correction to our own page. It said the Trina takes “up to 22 W per lamp”, which across ten drops would be 220 W. That is wrong by a factor of ten.
22 W is the total — about 2.2 W per drop. Two sentences later the same paragraph said “integrated 22 W LED”, contradicting itself. The correct figure is 22 W and 880 lm for the whole fitting.
⚠ And a figure we cannot give you: how long the bar is. This is a bar pendant, and on a bar pendant the length is the dimension that decides everything — whether it suits your table, how the drops space out, how it sits against the room.
No source records it. Not the datasheet, not our product record, not the old page. We have a height (565 mm) and a suspension (3,000 mm) and nothing across. Ask us and we will measure one before you commit — do not order this to sit over a specific table without that number.
Ten drops, and nothing to buy
Ten slender pendants hang from a single bar canopy. The “10 lamp holders” on the old specification table reads as ten globe sockets, and it is not: each drop is an integrated LED, supplied and sealed. Nothing to buy, nothing to match, nothing to replace — and equally, nothing to change.
880 lm across ten drops is roughly 88 lm each. That is the right way to read this fitting: it is a rhythm of ten small warm points, not a bright light. As a decorative layer above a table it is excellent; as the only light in a dining room it is not enough, and it should be planned with downlights or a lamp alongside.
⚠ It does not dim — and over a dining table that is the limitation worth knowing. Ten small warm points at a fixed level is a single setting: you cannot take it down for the end of a meal. If dimming matters over your table, ask us — the Torben linear pendant in this catalogue is TRIAC dimmable.
CRI above 83 — slightly better than most, and worth a word
Most fittings in this range record above 80. The Trina records above 83, which our page never mentioned. Over a table that is where colour rendering is actually noticed — food, timber and skin — so the margin, small as it is, is in the right place.
Three metres of suspension
3,000 mm is the longest drop of any pendant reviewed in this programme so far — where most sit at 1,500 to 2,000 mm. That is a deliberate choice for stairwells, double-height voids and entry spaces, where the fitting has to come a long way down before it means anything.
Over an ordinary 2.4-metre ceiling, most of that will be shortened at installation — which is normal, and worth telling your electrician in advance.
565 mm of drop height in the fitting itself, in aluminium, iron and fibre — the fibre is in the datasheet and was missing from our record. It is Class I — earth required and IP20 — indoor and dry locations only.

How much power does it use?

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.
