Product Description
xThe Tremont is a 520 mm solid brass outdoor lantern with water glass, in black, rated IP44.
Only the BLACK version is stocked. The copy also mentions a natural solid brass finish. That version is not available — though the black one is still solid brass underneath the paint.
Water glass is the detail
The glass carries a water pattern — a rippled, irregular surface that distorts what passes through it, the way antique French lanterns did. It scatters the light softly and hides the globe, so you get a glowing panel rather than a bright point. That is what makes it read as old rather than reproduction.
Solid brass, painted black
The body is solid brass, not painted die-cast aluminium. Outdoors that matters: a knock reveals metal rather than grey substrate, and the fitting will not chalk or pit the way coated aluminium does. It is the same construction as the Cantena and Perova.
A substantial lantern
520 mm high, 230 mm wide, projecting 295 mm. That projection is considerable — check the clearance beside a narrow door or along a path where people pass close.
Two E14 globes, not supplied
25 W each, 50 W total. Note the base — E14 small Edison screw, not E27. Behind water glass the globe shape barely shows, so plain warm globes are fine.
IP44 — rain and splashing. A porch, an entry or a sheltered wall. Not rated for hosing or a fully exposed coastal position.

Is the natural brass version available?
No. Only black is stocked — though the black version is solid brass underneath the paint.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
