Product Description
xThe Torso is a 510 mm LED wall light in iron with diamond-cut and rippled glass, 12 W giving 446 lm at 3000 K, in black or brass.
Two glass treatments in one fitting
The Torso combines diamond-cut glass — faceted, so it splits light into points — with rippled glass, which distorts and softens it. Most fittings pick one. Having both means the light reads differently as you move past it, which is unusual at this size.
220 mm of projection
It reaches well out from the wall, so light lands in the room rather than only on the surface behind. Check clearance in a narrow corridor — this is not a flush fitting.
A whole family in one language
Torso is made as table lamps, floor lamps, wall lights and pendants, with the 3-light and 5-light versions installable in two orientations. Few Telbix ranges cover that much ground, so a whole room can be done in one vocabulary.
Integrated LED, hard-wired
The 12 W LED is included and non-replaceable, fixed at 3000 K, and not dimmable. There is no lead and plug — it is Class I, hard-wired, earth required, so an electrician installs it.
446 lm is accent light
Enough to be a presence on a wall, not enough to light a room. Use it in pairs or a run.

xWarranties
For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
