The Torso 5Lt Bar is a 980 mm linear pendant carrying five diamond-cut and rippled glass shades — 28 W giving 892 lm at 3000 K.

The bar, not the cluster

Torso makes a five-light in two shapes. This is the 980 mm bar, for a rectangular table or island. The other is a ø150 mm vertical cluster at 790 mm — same light count, entirely different geometry. Check which you are ordering: the bar suits length, the cluster suits height.

Slightly dimmer than the cluster, oddly

Worth knowing if you are comparing: the bar draws 28 W for 892 lm; the vertical five-light draws 26 W for 974 lm. The cluster is brighter on less power. Neither is a room light — both are decorative.

Two glass treatments

Diamond-cut splits light into points, rippled softens it. Across five shades on a bar that produces a line of varied highlights rather than five identical glows.

Sized for a real table

980 mm suits a dining table of roughly 1.2–1.6 m or a kitchen island. Centre it on the surface, not the room.

Integrated and hard-wired

The LED is included and non-replaceable at 3000 K, not dimmable, and the fitting is Class I with no lead and plug — an electrician installs it.

How is it different from the other 5-light Torso?

Shape. This is a 980 mm bar for a rectangular table; the other is a ø150 mm vertical cluster at 790 mm. Same light count, different geometry.

Which is brighter?

The vertical cluster, oddly — 974 lm on 26 W against this bar's 892 lm on 28 W. Neither is a room light.

What table size does it suit?

Roughly 1.2 to 1.6 m. Centre it on the table or bench rather than the room.

Is it dimmable?

No. Only the Torso table lamp dims.

Do I need globes?

No. The LED is integrated and included at 3000 K.

Can I install it myself?

No. It is Class I, hard-wired with no lead and plug.

What is the warranty?

Three years.

Warranties

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.

Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.

Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.

If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns

  • Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.

Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.

  • Restocking fee: 20% will apply unless otherwise stated, or unless another order of equal or greater value is placed in lieu of this re-stocking fee.
