The Tifton WB20 is a 200 mm softly sculpted wall light in matt white — integrated 14 W giving 1,120 lm at 3000 K, and IP44, which makes it usable both outdoors under cover and in a bathroom.
It is bright — considerably brighter than most exterior wall lights.
| Wall light | Power | Output |
|---|---|---|
| TIFTON WB20 | 14 W | 1,120 lm |
| NORAL EX | 10 W | 345 lm |
Three times the light of the Noral, at 80 lm/W. That changes what it is for: the Noral marks a doorway, the Tifton lights one — enough for an entry you actually need to see in, a porch where people wait, or a bathroom wall where it is doing real work beside a mirror.
IP44 is protection against splashing water from any direction, which puts the Tifton in bathrooms outside the shower zone, laundries, and covered outdoor positions — a porch, a verandah, an alfresco wall.
Not a fully exposed wall. IP44 is splash, not driving rain or jets. For an exposed or coastal position, ask us about the Ziron at IP65.
A note for anyone comparing the range: the Tifton pendants carry this same paragraph about IP44 on their pages, and it does not apply to them — they are IP20 indoor fittings. The rating belongs to this product. We have corrected the pendant pages.
A softly sculpted body rather than a flat plate, so it throws a gradient of light up and down the wall instead of a hard-edged shape. On a rendered or painted wall that is what makes a wall light look designed rather than applied.
The matt finish matters as much: on a bright 1,120-lumen fitting, a gloss surface would carry a hard specular highlight right where the light leaves, which is exactly where you look. Matt spreads it.
Compact and light. The 120 mm projection sits between the very shallow (the Terin's 30 mm) and the deep (the Cosca's 170, the Farnix's 254), so it has presence without being something you walk into in a passage. Its 120 mm backplate is smaller than the fitting, which is worth knowing on a replacement: it may not cover the marks left by whatever came off the wall.
At 0.63 kg it fixes to render, brick or fibre cement without special provision.
It does not dim, and the LED is integrated and included at a fixed 3000 K. On a bathroom or entry wall that is usually right — those are on-or-off positions. 240 V — a figure absent from our record and from the old page's specification table — and Class I, earth required, so a licensed electrician installs it. CRI above 80.
200 mm wide, projection 120 mm, backplate 120 mm, 0.63 kg, in iron and polycarbonate, matt white. Integrated 14 W LED giving 1,120 lm at 3000 K, included, CRI >80, not dimmable. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP44 — bathrooms outside the shower zone, laundries, and covered outdoor positions. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
Yes — outside the shower zone. IP44 is protection against splashing water from any direction, which covers bathrooms, laundries and covered outdoor positions such as a porch, verandah or alfresco wall.
No — IP44 is splash, not driving rain or jets. For an exposed or coastal position, ask us about the Ziron at IP65.
1,120 lumens from 14 watts — three times the light of the Noral exterior wall light, and by a wide margin the brightest exterior wall light reviewed here. That changes what it is for: the Noral marks a doorway, the Tifton lights one.

Possibly not — the backplate is 120 mm on a 200 mm fitting, so it is smaller than the light itself. Measure what is on the wall before ordering a replacement.
