The Skyla is a 310 mm wall bracket with touch control and an opal glass shade — in antique gold, black or white, brushed.

Touch control on a hard-wired wall light

Uncommon, and the reason to choose it. Most wall brackets are switched at the wall — the Skyla lets you touch the fitting itself. Beside a bed that removes the fumble for a switch in the dark, and in a guest room it removes the question entirely.

Opal glass, so it is comfortable at head height

Opal diffuses fully — no visible globe, no hot spot, no glare at eye level. That matters on a wall bracket more than almost anywhere else, because you pass close to it and often look straight at it from a pillow.

Brushed, not polished

All three finishes are brushed rather than polished, so they hold a soft sheen instead of a reflection. Against a wall, brushed metal reads as warmer and less hard than a mirror finish — and it does not show fingerprints, which on a fitting you touch to switch on is a genuinely practical point.

Compact and light

200 mm wide, 310 mm high, projecting 180 mm, at 0.74 kg. Small enough for a bedside wall or a narrow pier.

Three finishes

Antique gold warms the opal glass and reads traditional; black is graphic; white nearly disappears against a pale wall.
