Product Description
xThe Skapa BB is the two-shade Skapa — both in shape B, opal glass — with integrated LED throwing light up and down, 20 W for 1,960 lm at 3000 K, dimmable.
Two people are required to install this fitting. That is Telbix’s own instruction for the Skapa range and it has never appeared on a product page. Tell your electrician before the day — one person arriving alone will not be able to finish it.
There are four shade shapes, and the code tells you which
This is the thing the Skapa listings have never explained. The range uses four glass shapes — A, B, C and D — at meaningfully different sizes:
- A — 110 mm
- B — 90 mm (the smallest)
- C — 250 mm
- D — 310 mm (the largest)
The two letters in the order code are the two shades you get. This one is
BB — two of the small 90 mm shape. A DD would be
two of the largest; an AB mixes shapes.

The weight tells you how much that changes things
A finished Skapa weighs anywhere from 1.22 kg to 5.93 kg depending on which
shades you choose — nearly a fivefold range. This BB, with two of the smallest shape,
sits at the light end. If you are specifying a large combination,
mention the weight to your electrician.
Up and down from one fitting
Most pendants light downward and leave the ceiling dark. The Skapa does both — a pool below and a wash above — which lifts the whole room and is why a single one can carry a space that would otherwise need a pendant plus something else.
1,960 lumens from 20 watts
98 lumens per watt — genuinely efficient, and a real working output rather than a decorative glow. CRI >80 at 3000 K.
It dims
The Skapa platform specifies TRIAC (leading-edge) dimming. Check compatibility with us if yours is trailing-edge or smart.
The LED is integrated
Included and not replaceable as globes — which on a two-shade fitting is the right call, since two mismatched globes would be obvious through opal glass. Three-year replacement warranty.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
