Product Description
xThe Skapa is a customisable pendant — you choose one or two glass shades, in the shape you want — with integrated LED throwing light both up and down, 20 W for 1,960 lm at 3000 K, TRIAC dimmable.
Two people are required to install this fitting. That is Telbix’s own instruction and it has never appeared on this page. Tell your electrician before the day — a single sparky arriving alone will not be able to finish it.
You configure it, which almost nothing else here lets you do
The Skapa is sold as a fitting plus shades of your choosing — one shade or two, in the shape you pick. Run the same shape through a whole house for coherence, or vary it deliberately from room to room. Nothing else in this range is specified that way. Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will put the combination together.
Up and down from one fitting
Most pendants light downward and leave the ceiling dark. The Skapa does both — a pool below and a wash above. That lifts the whole room, and it is why a single Skapa can carry a space that would normally need a pendant plus something else.
1,960 lumens from 20 watts
98 lumens per watt — genuinely efficient, and a real working output rather than a decorative glow. At 3000 K it stays warm.
It dims on TRIAC
Leading-edge, the common Australian type. Check compatibility with us if yours is trailing-edge or smart.
The LED is integrated
Included and not replaceable as globes — which on a fitting with two shades is the right call, since two mismatched globes would be obvious. Backed by a three-year replacement warranty.

Is there anything unusual about installing it?
Yes — Telbix specifies that two people are required. That instruction has never appeared on this page. Tell your electrician before the day; one person working alone will not be able to finish it.

Do I need globes?
No. The LED is integrated and included, which is right on a two-shade fitting where mismatched globes would be obvious.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
