A suggestion, not a specification. A calculator can get it wrong — have a licensed electrician confirm the driver, the total load and the wiring before you order.
The Shea EX3 is a 110 mm 24 V exterior wall light in black, verde green or rust — 3 W giving 150 lm at 3000 K, on a short 300 mm cable.
Our page gave two different weather ratings. The description said IP65; the specification table below it said IP54. The datasheet says IP65, our record says IP54, and nothing can settle it — the page is rendered from the record, so it is one source against one.
Plan around IP54, which is the lower and safer figure: rated against splashing water, so a sheltered wall, a porch, a courtyard or a covered entry. If your position is fully exposed and you need the IP65, ask us and we will confirm with Telbix before you order.
Our page was cut off just as it said so. The Shea comes with 300 mm of cable — that is 30 centimetres, and on a low-voltage garden run it decides everything: the joiner or connector has to be within 300 mm of the fitting, which usually means behind or immediately below it, in a position that stays dry. Plan the cable route before the wall is finished, not after.
24 volts — a transformer is required and is not supplied. The transformer has to sit somewhere dry, be sized for the whole run and be wired by an electrician. We stock a 24 V 60 W and a 24 V 200 W outdoor unit; at 3 W each, the 60 W drives a long run of Sheas. Tell us your layout and we will size it.
Class III, under 54 V. The 240 V stops at the transformer, so the cable running to each wall light is low voltage — safer around garden work, render and later alterations, and far easier to extend or re-position. An electrician wires the transformer; adding a fitting to the run afterwards does not need one.
3 W, and correctly small. At 110 mm tall by 35 mm wide, projecting 71 mm, the Shea is a punctuation mark on a wall, not a light for finding your keys by. Used in a repeated run along a facade, a path wall or a fence line, that is exactly right — a rhythm of small warm points. Used singly beside a door, it will disappoint.
Rust, verde green and black. The rust reads as weathered steel and sits naturally against brick, timber and rendered earth tones; verde green disappears into planting. Both are far less common than black, and on a facade where you want the light and not the fitting, that matters. All three are sand-finished, so they do not show salt or water marks.
⚠ No CRI is recorded for the Shea, where the Rilto garden spike — the same 24 V range, the same aluminium and polycarbonate, the same 3 W — records above 95. If the surface you are lighting is planting or natural stone and colour matters, ask us about the Rilto instead.
110 mm high by 35 mm wide, projection 71 mm, backplate 65 mm, cable 300 mm, 0.4 kg, in aluminium and polycarbonate, sand finish. Integrated 3 W COB LED giving 150 lm at 3000 K, included, not dimmable, CRI not recorded. 24 V — a transformer is REQUIRED and is not supplied; we stock 60 W and 200 W. Class III low voltage, IP54 as recorded — the datasheet says IP65; plan around IP54 and ask us. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You.
Our own page said both — IP65 in the description, IP54 in the table beneath it. The datasheet says IP65 and our record says IP54, and nothing can settle it. Plan around IP54, the lower and safer figure: sheltered walls, porches, courtyards, covered entries. If your position is fully exposed, ask us and we will confirm with Telbix before you order.

For a repeated run along a facade, path wall or fence line, yes — a rhythm of small warm points is exactly what it is for. Beside a single door on its own, it will disappoint.

Not recorded — which is worth knowing, because the Rilto garden spike in the same 24 V range, same materials and same wattage records CRI above 95. If you are lighting planting or natural stone and colour matters, ask us about the Rilto instead.
Yes, and easier. The 240 V stops at the transformer, so the cable running to each fitting is low voltage — safer around garden work, render and later alterations, and far easier to extend. An electrician wires the transformer; adding a fitting afterwards does not need one.
