Savina Pendant Light 5Lt w/ Clear Glass (1800mm)

The Savina pendant is a ø500 mm five-light crystal fitting hanging to 1,800 mm, in chrome with clear glass.

1.8 metres is a stairwell drop

That is a long hang — far more than a dining pendant needs. It is designed for a void, a stairwell or a double-height entry, where the fitting is seen from above as well as below and needs the length to occupy the space. Over a standard 2.4 m ceiling it would hang into head height.

Chrome and clear glass, so it works with the light

Polished chrome against clear crystal means the fitting reflects and refracts rather than absorbing. In a stairwell with daylight it sparkles unlit; at night the five GU10 sources multiply through the glass.

Five GU10 globes, none supplied

6 W maximum each. As with the Savina close-to-ceiling fitting, buy all five from one batch — behind clear crystal a mismatched colour temperature is immediately visible. Clear globes for sparkle, frosted for a softer glow.

The family runs across the room

Savina is also made as a close-to-ceiling fitting up to ø730 mm with fourteen lights. A pendant in the void with a matching CTC in the adjacent room is a coherent scheme.

Plan the fixing

A crystal fitting on a 1.8 m drop from a ø70 mm canopy puts real load on one point. Have your electrician confirm the ceiling fixing before installation.
