Product Description
xThe Savina 7Lt is the ø450 mm middle size of the Savina close-to-ceiling range — seven GU10 lights behind clear crystal, in chrome, 400 mm deep.
This is an indoor fitting. It is IP20, which gives no protection against water or dust at all. An earlier version of this page said it was designed to withstand the elements — it is not.
The size between the two extremes
Savina is made in 4, 7 and 14 light versions. The 14-light at ø730 mm is a statement for a large entry; the 4-light suits a small room. This ø450 mm seven-light is the one that fits a normal bedroom, hallway or dining room without dominating it.
Close to ceiling, so height is not a problem
At 400 mm deep it hugs the ceiling. A crystal fitting of this presence would normally need a stairwell; here it works at a standard 2.4 m ceiling with nothing to walk into.
Seven GU10 globes, none supplied
6 W maximum each. Seven globes to buy, so factor that into the cost, and buy them from one batch — behind clear crystal, one globe of a different colour temperature is immediately obvious. Clear globes sparkle; frosted ones give a softer glow.
A small canopy on a wide fitting
The canopy is only ø40 mm, so the whole ø450 mm fitting loads onto a small ceiling point. Have your electrician confirm the fixing, particularly into plasterboard without a batten.

- Bedrooms and hallways with standard ceilings.
- Dining rooms, as the single fitting.
- Entries where the 14-light would be too much.
- Alongside the Savina pendant in an adjoining space.

Questions
Can it go outdoors or in a bathroom?
No. It is IP20 — no protection against water or dust. An earlier version of this page claimed it withstood the elements, which was wrong.

Which Savina size should I choose?
This ø450 mm seven-light suits a normal bedroom, hallway or dining room. The ø730 mm fourteen-light is for a large entry.
Will it fit a standard ceiling?
Yes. At 400 mm deep it hugs the ceiling, so there is nothing to walk into at 2.4 m.
Clear or frosted globes?
Clear for sparkle through the crystal, frosted for a softer glow.
Is the fixing a concern?
The canopy is only ø40 mm carrying a ø450 mm crystal fitting — have your electrician confirm the ceiling fixing.
What is the warranty?
Three years.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
