Product Description
xThe Saffi is a 310 mm LED wall light with an opal glass sphere, 12 W for 720 lm, with three switchable colour temperatures, in antique brass or black.
The nickel version is not stocked. This listing's name offers it; only antique brass and black are available.
Three colour temperatures on a wall light
Unusual at this size. 3000 K, 4000 K or 5000 K, selected on the fitting at installation — so a pair flanking a bed can be warm, and the same fitting in a hallway can be neutral. You are not committing to a colour when you order.
Opal glass, so no glare at eye level
A ø115 mm opal sphere diffuses evenly in every direction. On a wall at head height that matters — a clear or exposed source would be uncomfortable to walk past.
A 120° spread
Wide enough to light the wall and the space in front of it rather than just glowing. At 720 lm it is a genuine light source, not only decoration.
The LED is integrated
Included and not replaceable. Note the shorter term that goes with it: two years, against the three years most of the Telbix range carries.
It needs an earth
Class I — hard-wired, earth required. And it is IP20, so it is not a bathroom fitting — for a mirror, look at the Oneta ARM or the Oras.

Is the nickel version available?
No. Despite the listing name, only antique brass and black are stocked.
How do I choose the colour temperature?
On the fitting at installation — 3000 K, 4000 K or 5000 K. Set every fitting in a run to the same value.
Can it go in a bathroom?
No. It is IP20. For a mirror or ensuite, look at the Oneta ARM or the Oras, both IP44.
How bright is it?
720 lm from 12 W, on a 120° spread — a genuine light source rather than decoration.
Is there a globe to replace?
No. The LED is integrated.
Can I install it myself?
No. It is Class I, hard-wired and requires an earth.
What is the warranty?
Two years — shorter than most of the Telbix catalogue.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
