The Rotif FL is a floor lamp in iron with a clear glass dome shade, in brass — taking one E27 globe to 25 W.

No datasheet exists for this product. Curiously, its figures appear on the table lamp’s sheet instead — which records a 1,500 mm height and 4.4 kg, plausible for this lamp and impossible for that one. We are not publishing those as fact. Ask us and we will confirm the size with Telbix.

A clear dome, so the globe is the decoration

Not frosted, not opal — clear glass. The globe is fully visible, so the one you fit is the look. A warm decorative filament globe is worth the money here; a plain white one will read as unfinished. And a clear dome throws light in every direction rather than pooling it downward — this is an ambient lamp, not a reading light. If you want to read beside it, plan for that separately.

E27 on the floor lamp, E14 on the table lamp

Worth noting if you are buying the pair: the two take different globe bases. This one is E27, the larger screw fitting, up to 25 W. Order globes for each separately.

Brass with clear glass

Warm metal under transparent glass, so the lamp reads as light and open rather than a solid mass. On a floor lamp that matters — it occupies a corner without filling it, which a large fabric shade cannot.

Plug in and use it — but it needs assembling

Class II, double insulated, no earth required, with a lead and plug fitted. Assembly is required and instructions are in the box.

It is a whole range

Rotif is made as this floor lamp, a table lamp and a pendant, all in iron with the same clear glass dome. Used together they read as one considered scheme — just remember the different globe bases.

Warranties

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.

Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.

Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.

If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns

  • Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.

Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.

Your Options

  • Restocking fee: 20% will apply unless otherwise stated, or unless another order of equal or greater value is placed in lieu of this re-stocking fee.
  • Credit: will be issued in the form of store credit and will be equal to the price paid.
