The Romay PE150 is a 1,500 mm linear pendant in black with an opal diffuser — 38 W giving 3,140 lm, with switchable 3000 K / 4000 K / 5000 K, CRI above 93 and TRIAC dimming, on a 2,000 mm suspension.
CRI above 93 — the highest of any linear pendant here. Most sit at 80; the two other 1.5-to-1.9-metre linears in this catalogue manage 80 and 83. Above 93 is close to gallery grade, and over a dining table it is exactly where it shows: food, timber, skin and fabric hold their real colour. Our page never mentioned it.
Worth comparing directly, because the catalogue never does:
The Romay is the shortest and the brightest, with the best colour rendering and the most practical controls. If your table is around 1.7 metres or more, it is the one to choose; if it is longer than about two metres, the Fordo’s extra 300 mm may suit the proportion better.
Most tri-colour fittings are not dimmable and most dimmable fittings are fixed in colour. The Romay does both, and it dims from an ordinary TRIAC leading-edge wall dimmer — no remote, no app, and no reaching up to a touch sensor, which is the practical advantage over the Serda. Over a table that means 5000 K bright for homework and 3000 K dimmed for dinner, from the switch by the door.
100 mm wide, 105 mm deep — shallow enough that it covers the table without hanging into your eyeline. The opal diffuser runs the length, so you get an unbroken line of light rather than visible LEDs, and opal is the most complete diffuser there is: no bright point, no glare from any angle.
It is Class I — earth required. Hard-wired to a 65 mm canopy projecting 40 mm, on a 2,000 mm adjustable suspension. A licensed electrician installs it — genuinely, on this page.
Aluminium doing the structure and shedding the heat 38 W produces, iron in the frame, and an acrylic opal diffuser along the length.
1,500 mm long, 100 mm wide, 105 mm deep, canopy 65 mm projecting 40 mm, suspension 2,000 mm and adjustable, in aluminium, iron and acrylic, black with an opal diffuser. Integrated 38 W LED giving 3,140 lm, included, with switchable 3000 K / 4000 K / 5000 K, CRI >93, TRIAC dimmable. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.

Close to gallery-grade colour accuracy, and the highest of any linear pendant here — most sit at 80. Over a dining table it is exactly where it shows: food, timber, skin and fabric hold their real colour.
The Romay is the shortest and the brightest, with the best colour rendering and the most practical controls — 1,500 mm, 38 W, 3,140 lm, CRI above 93, tri-colour and TRIAC. The Fordo is 1,800 mm and dimmer; the Serda is 1,840 mm and dims only by a touch sensor you must reach.
Yes, and from an ordinary TRIAC wall dimmer — no remote, no app, and no reaching up to a touch sensor. 5000 K bright for homework, 3000 K dimmed for dinner, from the switch by the door.
About 1.7 metres or more. If your table is longer than two metres, the 1,800 mm Fordo may suit the proportion better.
No — an opal acrylic diffuser runs the full length, giving an unbroken line of light. Opal is the most complete diffuser there is: no bright point and no glare from any angle.
Only 105 mm deep, so it covers the table without hanging into your eyeline. The suspension is 2,000 mm and adjusts at install.
Yes — Class I, earth required, hard-wired to a 65 mm canopy.
