The Romay PE60 is a 600 mm architectural disc pendant in black with an opal face — 40 W giving 3,388 lm, with switchable 3000 K / 4000 K / 5000 K, CRI above 93, TRIAC dimmable.
CRI above 93, and our copy never said so. Most pendants here record CRI 80, where food looks duller, timber flattens and skin goes slightly grey. Over a dining table or an island that is the specification worth comparing, and it was buried in a table.
The smaller Romay is still a room light. 3,388 lm will carry a dining room, a kitchen or a living area on its own, and at 85 lumens per watt while holding CRI 93 it is the more efficient of the two sizes — the 800 mm gives 78. If output per watt matters, the 600 is the better fitting.
Six to one — a disc, not a bowl, reading as a plane floating below the ceiling. The opal face glows evenly with no visible source, so it can hang at eye level over a table or island without glare, which a 3,388-lumen fitting could not otherwise do.
⚠ No weight is recorded anywhere, and a 600 mm disc from a 220 mm canopy is where an electrician wants that figure. Ask us before the fixing is chosen.
3000 K, 4000 K, 5000 K, set at installation. Most switchable fittings here stop at 4000 K; the Romay reaches 5000 K, which is genuinely useful over a working bench. There is no 2700 K setting — it does not go as warm as a purely decorative pendant, because it is not one.
Fully TRIAC dimmable on an ordinary wall dimmer, and at 3,388 lm that is essential rather than optional. Many of the bright pendants in this range cannot be dimmed; this one can, which is what makes it usable over a table you also eat at.
The acrylic is the opal face; the aluminium does the heat work, which at 40 W determines how long the LEDs last. Class I — earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only.
The Romay also comes at 800 mm, 58 W, 4,520 lm. Same depth, same canopy, same everything except scale — so choose on the room and the table. The 600 suits tables up to about 1.6 metres and rooms where an 800 mm disc would dominate.
600 mm across by 100 mm deep, canopy 220 mm with a 45 mm projection, suspension 2,000 mm and adjustable, in aluminium, iron and acrylic. Weight is not recorded — ask us. Integrated 40 W LED giving 3,388 lm, included, with switchable 3000 K / 4000 K / 5000 K, CRI >93, TRIAC dimmable. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.

Yes — 3,388 lm will carry a dining room, kitchen or living area on its own. The smaller Romay is still a room light.
This one — 85 lm/W against the 800 mm’s 78, both while holding CRI 93. If output per watt matters, the 600 is the better fitting.
A lot, and our copy never mentioned it. Most pendants here record CRI 80, where food looks duller, timber flattens and skin goes slightly grey. Over a dining table it is the specification worth comparing.
No. The opal face glows evenly with no visible source, which is what lets a 3,388-lumen fitting hang at eye level without discomfort.

Choose on the room and the table — same depth, same canopy, same specification otherwise. The 600 suits tables up to about 1.6 metres and rooms where an 800 mm disc would dominate.
