Product Description
xThe Quilo is a ø610 mm five-light pendant in black with smoked glass, only 260 mm high. It is wide and shallow, which is what lets a five-light fitting work under a standard ceiling.
Wide and low rather than deep
Five-light pendants are usually tall. At 260 mm the Quilo stays flat, so over a dining table in a 2.4 m room it does not loom. The ø610 mm spread suits a table of about 1.2 m.
Smoked glass shows the globes
The glass is smoked rather than opal, so the lamps are visible through it as warm shapes. That makes the globe choice part of the design — a decorative filament lamp reads well here, a plain frosted one less so. Five identical globes, and buy a spare.
125 W of capacity, which is plenty
Five E27 holders at 25 W each — 125 W total, and no globes are supplied. Over a dining table that is a lot; fit modest LED lamps and put it on a dimmer.

- Entry halls where the shallow profile suits a lower ceiling.

Specifying it
ø610 mm, 260 mm high, in iron and glass. Five E27 holders, 125 W total, globes not supplied. It runs on 240 V and is IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Dimming is globe dependent. Warranty is three years.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.

- Restocking fee: 20% will apply unless otherwise stated, or unless another order of equal or greater value is placed in lieu of this re-stocking fee.
