Product Description
xThe Poetix PE50 is a 500 mm three-light pendant with stacked-sphere detailing and ivory shades — three E27 globes at 25 W each, 75 W total, not supplied, on a 2,000 mm suspension.
Three globes, not one — and our record did not say which kind. It lists 25 W, the figure per globe, and carries no globe type at all. They are E27, three of them, 75 W in total, and none is supplied. Budget for three when you order.
The larger Poetix, and the one that holds a table
500 mm wide by 450 mm high against the small one’s 350 mm, and three sources rather than one. That combination is what makes it a dining-table fitting: three globes across 500 mm light the width of a table evenly, where a single globe under a 500 mm shade would be bright in the middle and dim at the edges.
Stacked spheres, and why they matter on a pendant
The stem above the shades is a column of stacked spheres. With a 2,000 mm suspension, most of what you see is the stem — a plain rod disappears, a sculpted one becomes the fitting. It is also what ties the table lamp, floor lamp and two pendants together as one range.
Matt gold or glossy beige
Gold in matt reads soft and aged, with the sphere detail showing as form. Beige in gloss is quieter in colour and livelier in surface, the spheres catching light along their curves. Both carry the same ivory shades, so the light is identical either way — the choice is about the stem, and at 500 mm with three shades there is more stem to see.
The light is whatever you fit. No lumen, colour or CRI figure exists because no globe is supplied — the zeroes in our datasheet are artifacts, not measurements. Through ivory fabric, warm 2700 K globes make the shades glow rather than simply lighting up. And all three must be dimmable if you want to dim it, or the ones that are not will stay at full output.
It is Class I — earth required and hard-wired, with a 100 mm by 60 mm canopy. A licensed electrician installs it, and at 75 W across three holders it is worth mentioning the load.

Questions
How many globes does it take, and what kind?
Three E27 at 25 W each — 75 W total, none supplied. Our record listed 25 W, which is the per-globe figure, and carried no globe type at all, so a customer could not tell what fits.
Why three globes rather than one?
Because three sources across 500 mm light the width of a table evenly, where a single globe under a 500 mm shade would be bright in the middle and dim at the edges. That is what makes this the dining-table Poetix.

Can I dim it?
Only with dimmable globes and a wall dimmer — and all three must be dimmable, or the ones that are not will stay at full output.
Why does the datasheet say zero lumens?
Because the fitting supplies no globe, so there is no output to record. The zeroes are an artifact rather than a measurement.
Should I get the 500 or the 350?
The 500 mm with three globes is the dining-table fitting. The 350 mm takes one globe and suits a small table, an entry or a bedroom.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
