Product Description
xThe Penros EX2 is a 430 mm twin exterior wall light in solid brass or 316 stainless steel with glass — two lamps, 6 W total, 590 lm at 3000 K, IP65 — in natural brass or stainless steel.
Two colourways, not three — and it is a twin, not a single. The old page said “three versatile colourways”, which describes the single Penros. The twin is stocked in natural brass and 316 stainless only. The specification table also said “Number of lamp holders: 1” on a twin, and named a finish this product does not come in — the whole block had been copied from the single. Corrected throughout.
Up and down, and bright enough to matter
Two heads on a 430 mm vertical throw light up the wall and down it from one fixing. Total output is 590 lm — almost exactly twice the single’s 295, which is the consistency you want if you use both on one facade. At that level it lights an entry properly, not just marks it.
How it compares to the Vostel twin
The Vostel EX2 is the same idea at the same size — 430 mm, twin, brass or 316 stainless, IP65 — and gives 245 lm. The Penros gives 590 lm from the same 6 W. If you want the same fitting family but more than twice the light, this is it; if you want a quieter accent, the Vostel is.
Solid brass or 316 marine stainless
316 is the marine grade, with added molybdenum specifically to resist salt. Solid brass weathers rather than corrodes. On a coastal house an ordinary painted exterior light fails within a couple of years and these do not — that is what the price buys.
Natural brass will change; stainless will not
Natural brass is unlacquered and patinas to a soft brown-gold outdoors. 316 stainless stays silver. With only two options here, that is the whole decision: do you want the fitting to age with the house, or stay as it arrived?
IP65 and Class II. Dust-tight and rated against water jets — open weather and hose-down — and double insulated, no earth required, which simplifies the install. Not dimmable, 45° beam per head, 0.75 kg.

Questions
How many colourways does the twin come in?
Two — natural brass and 316 stainless steel. The old page said three, which describes the single Penros. The specification table also said it had one lamp holder, on a twin fitting: the whole block had been copied from the single.
How bright is it?
590 lm in total from 6 W — almost exactly twice the single Penros, so singles and twins match on the same facade. At that level it lights an entry properly rather than just marking it.
How does it compare to the Vostel twin?
Same size, same materials, same IP65 — but the Vostel gives 245 lm and the Penros 590 lm from the same 6 W. Penros for light, Vostel for a quieter accent.
Will it survive near the sea?

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
