Product Description
xThe Oxford is a vintage-style floor lamp in antique brass — 1,680 mm tall with a wide ø520 mm shade. Both numbers are large: this is a lamp that occupies a corner rather than tucking into one.
A 520 mm shade is a room-scale object
That is half a metre across, wider than most floor lamp shades by a considerable margin. It throws a broad pool rather than a narrow one, and it needs the floor space and the visual room to carry it. In a small lounge it will dominate; in a large one it anchors the corner.
Antique brass, vintage in intent
The finish is warm and traditional rather than contemporary. It suits leather, timber and darker palettes, and looks out of place against high-gloss modern joinery.
40 W of capacity
It takes an E27 globe up to 40 W — above the 25 W typical here — and no globe is supplied. A wide shade absorbs and spreads a lot of light, so that headroom is worth using; an LED lamp will reach it on a fraction of the wattage.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
