Product Description
xThe Ostrom 3 Tier is a ø820 mm three-tier LED pendant in coffee gold — 92 W for 4,180 lm at 3000 K, TRIAC dimmable.
4,180 lumens is a room-lighting fitting
Most decorative pendants light a table and leave the room to something else. At 4,180 lm the Ostrom can carry a whole dining room or a large entry on its own — and because it dims, it does not have to be at full output all evening.
Three tiers, not one ring
Concentric rings at different heights give the fitting depth from below and a real silhouette from the side. A single-ring pendant reads flat by comparison; three tiers is what makes an ø820 mm fitting worth the space it takes.
Low voltage above the driver
The Ostrom is Class III — under 54 volts. Everything above the driver runs at extra-low voltage, which is the safest electrical classification a mains-fed fitting can carry. Unusual on a decorative pendant, and worth knowing if the fitting hangs over a table people reach across.
TRIAC dimming — check your dimmer
It dims on a TRIAC (leading-edge) dimmer, the most common type in Australian homes. If yours is trailing-edge or a smart dimmer, check compatibility with us first — that is where dimming problems come from, not from the fitting.
Coffee gold is a satin finish
Warm brown-gold, satin rather than polished. It reads softer than brass and warmer than bronze, and it does not throw hard reflections the way a polished finish does on a fitting this large.

Questions
Is it bright enough to be the only light?
Yes — 4,180 lm will carry a large dining room or entry, and it dims down when you do not need it all.
Will it work with my dimmer?
It is TRIAC (leading-edge), the most common type in Australian homes. If yours is trailing-edge or a smart dimmer, check with us first.
What does Class III mean?
Everything above the driver runs at extra-low voltage, under 54 V — the safest classification a mains-fed fitting carries.
How big is it really?
ø820 mm — a statement fitting. It needs a large room and the ceiling height to hang 2 m of suspension.
Do I need to buy globes?
No. The LED is integrated and included, fixed at 3000 K.
Is there a rectangular version?
Yes — the Ostrom Rectangle, for a long table rather than a round one.
What is the warranty?
Three years, as a replacement warranty.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
