Olav Floor Lamp in Beige, Black, Green, orange

The Olav is a 1,470 mm floor lamp with a rotatable shade and adjustable arm, in satin beige, black, green or orange, all with brass.

Orange, which almost nothing else offers

Lighting ranges rarely go past black, white and a muted colour or two. The Olav offers orange and green in satin, both against brass. On a 1.5 m floor lamp that is a genuine design decision rather than an accent — the lamp will be the colour note in the room.

The shade rotates and the arm adjusts

Two separate movements. The arm swings the shade out over a chair or back against the wall; the shade itself rotates to aim the light up, down or across. Most adjustable floor lamps give you one of those, not both.

630 mm of reach

The arm extends well clear of the base, so the lamp can stand behind a sofa with the light landing over the seat. Check that width before choosing a spot — it needs the room.

GU10, so you control the beam

It takes a replaceable GU10 globe at 6 W maximum, not supplied. That means the beam angle is yours to choose: a narrow globe gives a tight reading pool, a wide one a softer spread. It also means a failed globe costs a few dollars, not a lamp.

4.12 kg on a ø250 mm base

Enough to counterbalance the arm at full extension, on a compact footprint.
