Product Description
xThe Odessa is a ø600 mm ten-light close-to-ceiling fitting built from hand screen-printed embossed glass leaves draped with clear optic crystal, over a stainless steel plate.
Embossed and printed, not just cut
The glass leaves are embossed with relief and then hand screen-printed before the clear optic crystal shapes are draped over them. Two different glass treatments in one fitting is unusual, and it is what gives the Odessa depth — the printed leaves read as pattern, the crystal as sparkle.
The steel plate doubles the light
A stainless steel ceiling plate sits behind everything and reflects the ten sources back down through the glass. That is why the fitting reads as far brighter and more animated than ten small globes would suggest.
Ten G9 globes, and they are not small
Ten globes at up to 28 W each — 280 W in total, not supplied. That is a genuine load and a genuine cost, so factor ten globes into the purchase. Buy them from one batch — behind clear crystal, one different globe is obvious.
Close to ceiling, at 400 mm
ø600 mm of crystal at a standard 2.4 m ceiling height, with nothing to walk into. That is the whole argument for a CTC over a chandelier. Odessa is made in two sizes — ask us if ø600 mm is more than the room wants.
Plan the fixing
A ø600 mm crystal fitting is heavy. Have your electrician confirm the ceiling fixing, particularly into plasterboard without a batten, and note it is Class I — earth required.

- Where a chandelier is wanted but the ceiling is too low.

Will it fit a standard ceiling?
Yes. At 400 mm deep it hugs the ceiling, so a ø600 mm crystal fitting works at 2.4 m.
How is the glass made?
The leaves are embossed with relief and hand screen-printed, then clear optic crystal shapes are draped over them — two glass treatments in one fitting.
Why does it look brighter than ten small globes?
A stainless steel ceiling plate behind the glass reflects the light back down through it.
Is there a smaller version?
Yes — Odessa is made in two sizes. Ask us if ø600 mm is more than the room wants.
Can I install it myself?
No. It is Class I, earth-required, and heavy enough that the ceiling fixing should be confirmed by your electrician.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
