Can I put it in a bathroom?
Yes — IP65 is dust-tight and rated against water jets from any direction, which is comfortably above what a bathroom needs and also covers laundries and covered outdoor positions. That is unusual for a recessed downlight, most of which are IP20 and dry-rooms-only.
What colour temperatures does it switch between?
3000K warm, 4000K neutral and 5700K white, selected at the fitting. Because the choice is physical rather than a wall control, it is worth deciding before the ceiling is closed — getting back to a recessed downlight afterwards is not a five-minute job. The advantage is that the room can be re-tuned at handover if the finishes turn out warmer or cooler than expected.
Is it dimmable, and does it need DALI?
It is dimmable, and it also carries DALI. DALI is worth having where there is a DALI control system — an office or a fitout that will be re-arranged, since re-grouping becomes programming rather than rewiring. In a house on ordinary switches DALI does nothing, and the fitting still dims normally.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.
