Product Description
xThe Nella 7 W is the small member of Havit's most widely specified downlight family — the fitting that goes in by the dozen through a whole house rather than one at a time. At 7 W it is the general-purpose size: enough for a hallway, a bedroom or a bathroom on normal ceiling heights, without the overkill of a 12 W in a small room.
Specify by spacing, not by fitting
Downlights are bought individually and experienced as a grid. On a 2.4 m ceiling, roughly 1.2–1.5 m centres gives even light with no dark bands between; pushing to 2 m leaves scalloping on the walls that reads as under-lit even though the room measures fine. Work out the grid before the quantity.
Where it works
- Hallways, bedrooms and studies where 7 W per fitting on a close grid beats fewer bright ones.
- Bathrooms and laundries, subject to the zone requirements your electrician works to.
- Kitchens as general light, with task lighting handled separately under the cabinets.
- Retrofit into an existing ceiling, matching the cut-out of the fitting being replaced.
Specifying it
The LED is built in — no globe, no socket, nothing to replace. Tri-colour switching covers 3000 K, 4000 K and 5500 K and is set at installation, so one product covers a warm bedroom and a neutral kitchen. It runs on 240 V AC with its own driver, and CRI is above 80. Available in black and white.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You. Set every fitting in one open-plan space to the same colour temperature — a 3000 K fitting beside a 4000 K one is the single most visible mistake in a downlight installation, and it cannot be corrected without opening the ceiling again.
Questions
Is there a globe to replace?
No. The LED is built into the fitting — no socket and no replaceable lamp.
How far apart should they be spaced?
On a 2.4 m ceiling, roughly 1.2–1.5 m centres gives even light. Wider spacing leaves visible scalloping on the walls.
How do I set the colour temperature?
A tri-colour selector on the fitting is set at installation to 3000 K, 4000 K or 5500 K. Set every fitting in one room the same.
Does it need a separate driver?
No. It runs on 240 V AC and comes with its own driver.
Can I use it in a bathroom?
Subject to the zone rules your electrician works to, yes — confirm the required IP rating for the specific position before ordering.
What is the warranty?
Three years, as a replacement warranty.

Warranties, Return & Refund Policy
xWarranties
For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
