Nariko Exterior LED Wall Light 12w 4000K

The Nariko is a 185 mm exterior LED wall light in titan aluminium with a frosted diffuser, 12 W / 960 lm at 4000 K, rated IP54.

IP54 is a step above the usual exterior rating

Most decorative outdoor wall lights are IP44. IP54 adds dust protection as well as splash resistance, which matters on an exposed frontage, a windy site or anywhere with dust and grit blowing about. It is not IP65 — still not for hosing — but it is a genuinely more robust fitting than the norm.

A 180° beam washes the wall

The light spreads across a full half-circle, so mounted on a facade it throws an even band of light up and down the wall rather than a spot. That is what makes it an architectural fitting: it lights the building, not just the ground in front of it.

4000 K is neutral, not cool

Worth being precise, because the old copy was not: 4000 K is natural or neutral white. It reads clean and modern against grey or rendered walls without the clinical edge of 5000 K. With CRI >80, brickwork and render keep their real colour.

Integrated control gear

The driver is inside the fitting, so there is no separate transformer to house and nothing extra for the electrician to find a home for. It also means the LED is not replaceable — but at 12 W with a sealed body, that is the normal trade.

• Front and rear facades, washing the wall.
• Exposed or windy sites where IP44 feels marginal.
• Entry walls and courtyards.
• Modern rendered and brick frontages.

185 mm high, 80 mm wide, 118 mm projection, in titan aluminium with a frosted diffuser. Integrated 12 W LED giving 960 lm at 4000 K, beam 180°, CRI >80, power factor >0.9. Not dimmable. 240 V, IP54 — dust and splash protected. Warranty is two years, shorter than the three years most of the range carries.
