xMounting Clips to suit 10x10mm HAVIFLEX Flexible Neon LED Strip
This is a set of mounting clips to suit 10x10mm HAVIFLEX Flexible Neon LED Strip strip.
⚠ It is a component on its own. There is no LED strip in it and no driver - it is one of the parts that holds, joins or terminates a strip run you already have.
What they do
Mounting clips hold flexible strip to a surface mechanically, rather than relying on adhesive. That distinction is the whole point of them.
Adhesive backing works well on a clean, flat, room-temperature surface and much less well on anything else. It struggles on textured or dusty substrates, it lets go as things warm up, and it gives out over time in exactly the positions that are hardest to reach. A run that has started to droop between fixings is almost always an adhesive-only run.
Clips fix the run at intervals and hold it whatever the surface and whatever the temperature, which is what makes them worth using on any installation intended to last.
How many and where
Space them evenly along the run and closer together on any curve. A curve pulls against its fixings continuously, so it needs more support than a straight length does, and the place a run first lifts is nearly always the outside of a bend.
Work out the total the run needs before ordering. Under-ordering clips is the classic way to stall an otherwise finished job, and they are cheap enough that a spare handful is never wasted.
Fitting them
Fix the clips first and press the strip in afterwards, checking as you go that the run stays straight. It is easy to correct a wandering line while only a few clips are in, and impossible once the whole run is fixed.

Warranties, Return & Refund Policy

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
