⛔⛔ Two figures in its own record contradict — here is what is actually true

• ⭐ The warranty is 6 years in total, in two parts. ⭐ The first three are IN-HOME — a fault is attended where the fan is installed. ⭐ The second three are PARTS REPLACEMENT — the part is supplied, and the labour to fit it is yours. ⚠ That distinction is the whole difference between the two numbers, and on a ceiling fan the labour is not trivial. ⭐ So “3 years” understates the cover and “6 years” overstates what the last three give you.
• ⭐ The 610 mm is not the blade span — it is close to the length of a single BLADE. ⭐ A blade of about 610 mm plus the motor hub gives a 1320 mm sweep, which is exactly the published diameter. ⚠ So the field is measuring a part, not the product.
• ⚠ Worth knowing generally: across the Domus fans that publish a diameter, this field agrees with the sweep on some and contradicts it on others. ⭐ So it cannot be relied on as a blade span either way — ⭐ the diameter in the description is the figure to use.

⭐ What 52 inches and 14,310 m³/hr actually mean

• ⭐ Ø1320 mm suits a room of roughly 4 × 4 m up to about 5 × 5 m — ⭐ the common bedroom and living-room size.
• ⭐ 14,310 m³/hr at 26 W is about 550 m³ per hour per watt — ⭐ which is the number worth comparing between fans, because it is the one that says how much air you get for the running cost.
• ⭐ The DC motor is why the low end is 3.1 W. ⭐ An AC fan typically cannot run that slowly or that quietly — ⚠ and speed 1 on a DC fan is genuinely a sleeping speed, not merely a slow one. ⭐ With 9 speeds the useful range is wide.
• ⭐ Reverse (winter mode) pushes air up — ⭐ which returns warm air from the ceiling down the walls without a draught.
• ⭐ 12° blade pitch — ⚠ a moderate pitch; it favours quiet running and efficiency over maximum thrust.

⛔ Two things to check before ordering

• ⛔ Raked or sloped ceilings need the optional 38° kit (CFA-CK1). ⭐ Domus states plainly it is “not suited” without it. ⚠ Check the ceiling before, not on install day.
• ⭐ Ceiling-to-blades is 288 mm. ⚠ Australian rules require blades a minimum height above the floor, ⭐ so on a standard 2.4 m ceiling the blades sit near 2.11 m — ⭐ fine, but tight if anyone tall raises their arms. ⚠ Extension rods are available but they lower it further, not less.
• ⭐ No light. ⭐ If the room needs one, it has to come from elsewhere — ⚠ which is a ceiling layout decision, not an afterthought.
