The Mosari CTC7 is a 390 mm seven-light close-to-ceiling fitting in matt gold or black with opal glass shades — seven G9 globes to 6 W each, not supplied, at 148 mm deep.
⚠ The globes are G9, and our page said “G6”. There is no such thing as a G6 lamp base. If you searched for G6 globes you would find nothing, and if a supplier sold you something under that name it would not fit.
You need seven G9 globes, to 6 W each — 42 W in total, and they are not supplied. (Our record also listed only “6 W” against the whole fitting, which is the per-globe figure, and carried no globe base at all.)
G9 is a small bi-pin capsule — a tiny glass capsule with two looped wire pins, about the size of a thumbnail. It pushes in rather than screwing, and it is used where a fitting needs a very small source behind a small shade, which is precisely the Mosari.
Ask us and we will supply a matched set of seven.
It dims, with the right globes. Our record says “No”; the datasheet and our own page both say globe dependent, and they are right — nothing in a fitting holding seven G9s prevents it. Seven LEDs on one dimmer is a demanding case: matched globes, and let us check them against your dimmer.
A dense cluster: seven separate glass shades in a 390 mm circle. That is what makes the Mosari read as a composed object rather than a ceiling light — you see seven small glowing forms, not one lit surface.
At 148 mm deep it still counts as close-to-ceiling, and at 2.15 kg it is light for its size — the 700 mm Astana is 6.2 kg — so it fixes to a plasterboard ceiling without special provision. The canopy is 370 mm on a 390 mm fitting, so on a replacement it covers almost everything behind it.
Seven G9 LEDs at up to 6 W each. Modern 6 W G9 LEDs give roughly 500–600 lumens apiece, so the fitting can reach something in the region of 3,500–4,000 lumens — genuinely enough for a living room. But that depends entirely on the globes you buy, which is the trade with any replaceable-globe fitting: you control the output, and you also have to get it right. Tell us the room and we will size the globes.
The shades are opal, which diffuses completely: each glows as a whole surface and the G9 capsule is invisible. On a ceiling fitting that is what lets you look up at it comfortably — seven bare capsules would be seven bright points.
Our range copy calls them “clear opal glass”, which is contradictory — clear glass reveals, opal diffuses. They are opal.
Part of a four-piece range. Mosari is made as a table lamp, a wall light, and two close-to-ceiling fittings (three-light and seven-light), all in the same minimal metalwork and opal glass. That is unusually complete, and it means a room or a whole floor can carry one idea at four scales — the sentence saying so was cut off mid-word on every Mosari page.
Class I — earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only, in iron and glass.
390 mm across by 148 mm high, canopy 370 mm, 2.15 kg, in iron and opal glass, matt gold or black. Seven G9 globes to 6 W each — 42 W total, NOT supplied; dimming is globe dependent. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.

LED, not halogen — halogen G9s run extremely hot inside an enclosed glass shade. Warm 2700 K, because cool white against matt gold reads green. All seven together and the same brand, since mixed colour temperatures are obvious across a cluster seen at one glance. And check they are rated for enclosed fittings.
