MORENO II 5 LIGHT PENDANT

The Moreno II PE5 is a five-light pendant in iron and ribbed glass — black, antique gold or antique silver — five E14 globes to 25 W each, not supplied, on a 1,500 mm suspension.

Ribbed glass, and the same shade on every Moreno fitting

Ribbed glass refracts rather than diffusing: the ribs break each globe into a repeating vertical pattern of bright and dark, so you see structure rather than a single hot point — and the globe is visible through it.

The range keeps the same shade size on every fitting, from the wall lights to this five-light to the eight-light. That means a hallway wall light and a dining pendant read as one family, because the element you actually look at is identical — something ranges that scale their shades with their frames cannot do.

Five lights — the size for a normal room

250 mm high, at 10 kg, with 125 W across five globes. Against the eight-light at 14 kg and 200 W, this is the domestic size: enough presence for a dining table or an entry, without the structural planning the larger one demands.

Five globes, and they show

Five E14 to 25 W each, none supplied. Through ribbed glass they are visible, so:

• Five identical globes — one odd one is all anyone will see.
• Warm 2700 K, especially against antique gold or silver, where cool white reads wrong.
• Decorative candle or golf-ball shapes rather than bare capsules.

1,500 mm of suspension — shorter than most

Most pendants in this range drop 2,000 mm; the Moreno II drops 1,500 mm. On a standard ceiling that is ample, but on a raked or high ceiling it may not be. Ask us before ordering if the ceiling is above standard.

Three finishes, none of them polished

Black graphic and modern; antique gold warm and traditional; antique silver the quiet middle. All three are antique or matte, which is correct on a fitting carrying five ribbed glass shades: a polished frame would compete with the glass for reflections.

Five E14 globes to 25 W each — 125 W total, not supplied; dimming is globe dependent. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.
