Product Description
xThe Mohan is a ø380 mm table lamp standing 495 mm tall, in grey or sand.
This is an indoor lamp. It is rated IP20 — no water protection at all. An earlier version of this page suggested it could be used outdoors; it cannot. Keep it inside and dry, away from bathrooms and covered patios alike.
Grey and sand are coastal colours
Neither is a bright decorative colour — they are muted, natural tones that sit alongside linen, timber and pale stone. Sand in particular reads as beach-house without being literal about it, and both work in a room where you want texture rather than a colour statement.
A wide shade on a short body
ø380 mm across at 495 mm tall is a broad, low proportion. It throws a wide soft pool rather than a tall column of light, which suits a side table beside a sofa better than a narrow bedside. Measure your surface depth — at 380 mm the shade overhangs well before the base does.
E27 to 25 W, not supplied
An ordinary replaceable globe, so the colour temperature is your choice. A warm globe suits these muted tones; a cool one will make the grey look cold.

Questions
Can I use it outdoors or on a covered patio?
No. It is IP20 with no water protection at all. An earlier version of this page said you could, which was wrong.
Does IP20 protect against dust?
No. IP20 protects against contact with fingers and large objects only — nothing else. The old copy claimed dust protection, which was incorrect.
What colours are available?
Grey or sand — muted natural tones rather than decorative colours.
How big is it?
ø380 mm wide and 495 mm tall. Measure your surface depth: the shade overhangs before the base does.
Is a globe included?
No. One E27 globe up to 25 W, supplied separately.
Which globe suits it?
A warm one. Cool white makes the grey read cold.
What is the warranty?

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.

- Restocking fee: 20% will apply unless otherwise stated, or unless another order of equal or greater value is placed in lieu of this re-stocking fee.
