The Lyric OY30 is a 300 mm square oyster with a teak wood finish — 12 W giving 620 lm, with switchable 3000 K / 4000 K / 6000 K and three-step dimming from the wall switch you already have.
It gives 620 lumens, and our page never said so. The specification table listed voltage, wattage, colour temperatures, dimming and IP rating — and no lumens row. The record carries none either.
620 lm is a modest output, and it matters that you know it: this is a fitting for a hallway, a walk-in robe, a laundry, a landing or a small bedroom. It will not light a living room. The 400 mm Lyric gives 1,575 lm — two and a half times as much — and is the one for a larger space.
⚠ And the step up is better value than it looks. The 300 mm runs at 52 lm/W; the 400 mm at 66. Doubling the wattage gives two and a half times the light, not twice. If output matters, the larger size is the more efficient fitting as well as the brighter one.
No dimmer, no new wiring. Flick the switch off and straight back on and the light steps down: 100%, 50%, 20%, then back to full.
On a small fitting in a hallway or a robe that is more useful than it sounds — 20% at night is enough to see by without waking anyone, and it costs nothing to install.
At 300 mm a square reads quite differently from a disc: it aligns with the room, following the lines of a hallway, a bulkhead or a run of joinery. In a narrow corridor especially, a square sits square to the walls where a circle simply floats.
The teak finish keeps it warm rather than technical, which is why the copy reaches for Japandi and Scandinavian — both built on warm timber in rectilinear geometry.
3000 K, 4000 K, 6000 K on a slide switch at installation. Most switchable fittings here stop at 4000 K; 6000 K is true daylight, and in a walk-in robe that is exactly the setting you want — it is where navy stops looking like black. In a hallway, 3000 K.
1.2 kilograms, projecting 60 mm, in wood, polycarbonate and metal — light enough for any standard fixing. It is Class I — earth required and IP20 — indoor and dry locations only, so not a bathroom or a laundry that gets wet. If you need an IP44 square oyster, the Lunos is one. CRI above 80.
300 by 300 mm, projection 60 mm, 1.2 kg, in wood, polycarbonate and metal, teak wood tones. Integrated 12 W LED giving 620 lm, included, with slide-switch 3000 K / 4000 K / 6000 K, CRI >80, and three-step dimming from an ordinary wall switch — 100% / 50% / 20%, no dimmer required. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.

The 400 mm, if output matters. It gives 1,575 lm — two and a half times as much for twice the power — because it runs at 66 lm/W against this fitting’s 52. The larger size is the more efficient fitting as well as the brighter one.

Almost certainly — 1.2 kg goes onto any standard fixing, and it is designed as a retrofit on existing wiring.
