Product Description
xThe Luxia C38S is a 350 mm square crystal flush pendant in chrome — 16 W giving 720 lm at 4000 K, plus full RGB colour, with RF remote dimming and colour control.
It measures 350 mm, not 380. The product is titled the “38 cm” Luxia and every specification source says 350 × 350 mm. The same 30 mm overstatement runs through all three square Luxias. If you are planning a fit into a defined space, work from 350.
It genuinely changes colour, and our record never said so. The Luxia does full RGB alongside its 4000 K white, controlled by remote — and our product record carries no colour-changing flag at all. So the one feature that most distinguishes this fitting was invisible to anyone filtering or comparing on our site. (Elsewhere in this catalogue the opposite fault is common: 31 products claim colour changing they cannot do.)
RGB on crystal — what that actually looks like
Crystal is the right material for coloured light and the reason this range exists. A coloured LED behind a flat diffuser gives a flat coloured panel; the same LED behind faceted crystal is split and scattered, so the colour appears as many separate points and refracted edges rather than a wash. Set to white it is a conventional crystal fitting; set to colour it becomes something else entirely, and that is the point of buying it.
⚠ It dims and changes colour by RF REMOTE. Not a wall dimmer, not Bluetooth, not touch — radio-frequency remote control. Our record says only “dimmable: Yes”. Do not wire it to a TRIAC wall dimmer, and tell your electrician before they quote: the switch plate they would normally fit is the wrong one here.
⚠ It is Class III — low voltage, under 54 V — so it runs on a driver, and no source we hold confirms one is supplied. Ask us before you order.
The smallest of three squares, and it sits flush
350 × 350 mm with a 220 mm projection, at 2.3 kg, on a canopy the same 350 mm square — so the fitting sits flat against the ceiling with no visible suspension. That makes it a close-to-ceiling fitting despite being sold as a pendant, and it will work on a standard 2,400 mm ceiling where a hanging crystal fitting would not.
720 lumens — decorative, not a room light
16 W at 45 lm/W. Crystal and RGB together absorb a great deal of output, which is the trade for the effect. In white at full it will light a small bedroom or an entry; it is not a living-room light. Plan other light in the space and let this be the feature.

Questions
Is it really 38 centimetres?
No — 350 mm. Every specification source says 350 × 350, and only the title says 38 cm. The same 30 mm overstatement runs through all three square Luxias, so if you are planning a fit into a defined space, work from 350.
Does it change colour?

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
