The Lomira WB is a 138 mm compact wall light in polished nickel, antique gold or black — integrated 6 W LED giving 265 lm at 3000 K, IP44.

It is rated for outside — and it will work inside too. Our page was cut off part-way through saying so, leaving it reading as though an IP44 exterior fitting were an interior one. To be clear: IP44 means it is protected against splashing water from any direction, so it is suitable for a sheltered exterior wall — and equally usable indoors, including a bathroom outside the shower zone, which an IP20 fitting is not.

That dual use is genuinely the point of a small IP44 fitting like this: one wall light for a porch, a bathroom and a hallway.

The finishes are the interesting decision — and one needs a caution

Polished nickel, antique gold, black. These are interior-looking finishes on an exterior-rated fitting, which is unusual and is what makes the Lomira useful indoors.

⚠ If it is going outside, think about the finish.

  • Black is the safe exterior choice — it weathers without showing it.
  • Antique gold is already darkened and uneven, so it ages gracefully rather than visibly tarnishing.
  • Polished nickel is the one to think twice about outdoors. Polished metal shows every water mark and salt deposit, and near the coast it will need regular wiping to keep looking polished. Indoors it is faultless.

Compact — and that is the whole proposition

138 mm wide, projecting 100 mm, on a 108 mm backplate, at 0.6 kg.

That is small, and it opens up positions the larger exterior fittings in this catalogue cannot take. The Vexor projects 171 to 211 mm and is an obstruction on a narrow path; the Lomira's 100 mm is usable in a passage, beside a door frame, or in a stairwell where you brush past it.

265 lumens — a marker, and a glass detail

6 W at 44 lm/W. This is an accent: it marks a doorway, a step or a passage and gives a wall some presence after dark. It will not light a path or a driveway.

The glass detail is what stops it reading as a plain box — and on a fitting this small, that detail is most of what you see.

The LED is integrated and included, fixed at 3000 K and not dimmable — nothing to buy, nothing to replace, nothing to change. It is Class II — double insulated, no earth required, which simplifies the wiring, though it is still hard-wired.

Is it for inside or outside?

Both. IP44 means protected against splashing water from any direction, so it suits a sheltered exterior wall — and equally works indoors, including a bathroom outside the shower zone, which an IP20 fitting cannot. Our page was cut off part-way through saying so and read as though it were interior-only.

Which finish should I choose for outdoors?

Black is the safe choice — it weathers without showing it. Antique gold is already darkened and uneven so it ages gracefully. Can it go in a bathroom?

Warranties

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.

Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.

Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.

Damaged or Missing Items

Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.

If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns

  • Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
