Product Description
xThe Loftus is a 1,550 mm floor lamp with a ø400 mm fabric drum shade on a round iron base, in rust, black, or antique gold with ivory.
Rust is a real finish, not a colour name
The rust version reads as weathered, oxidised iron — warm orange-brown with tonal variation rather than a flat paint. That is what gives the lamp its country-cottage character, and it sits naturally alongside timber, linen and worn leather where a black lamp would look manufactured.
Three finishes, not two
The listing name mentions rust and black. There is also an antique gold with ivory version — the dressier of the three, and easy to miss because the name does not say so.
A wide shade for even light
ø400 mm on a 1.55 m lamp gives a broad, soft pool rather than a narrow one. Fabric diffuses in every direction, so it lights the room as well as the chair beside it.
Not dimmable
Our sources disagree, and we publish the conservative reading: treat it as not dimmable. If dimming matters, ask us before ordering and we will confirm with the supplier.
It plugs in and needs building
Class II, lead and plug fitted, no electrician. Assembly is required and instructions are included.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
