Product Description
xThe Lark is a compact floor lamp on a black marble base with an antique gold stem and an opal shade — 1,154 mm tall, which is notably shorter than most floor lamps in this range.
Shorter than a standard floor lamp, on purpose
At 1,154 mm the shade sits at seated eye level rather than standing. That makes it a reading lamp beside a chair rather than an ambient corner lamp — the light lands on the page instead of over your head. If you want a tall corner lamp, the Nori at 1,475 mm or the Nova at 1,547 mm are the alternatives.
Marble does the anchoring
A black marble base gives a slim lamp the weight to stay upright without a wide footprint. Marble is porous — wipe spills promptly — and the veining differs between pieces.

- Beside a reading chair, where a shorter lamp puts light on the page.
- Next to a sofa arm, at seated height.
- Bedrooms, beside a low bed.
- Rooms with a low ceiling, where a 1.5 m lamp would feel tall.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
