Product Description
xThe Kupla PE1 is a single pendant with a softly rounded glass form in champagne, clear or smoke on black — integrated 4 W giving 240 lm at 3000 K, CRI above 80, on a 2,000 mm suspension.
⚠ Be clear about what 240 lumens is. This is an accent pendant — roughly the light of a small candle globe. It will not light a table, a bench or a room.
Our specification table stated it as “Lumens 240 mm”, in millimetres. It is 240 lumens.
What it does is put a small, warm, precisely placed point of light where you want one — and at 4 watts, you can hang several for the power of one ordinary globe.
Use it in numbers, or for a job
- Over bedside tables, one each side — a drop pendant frees the table surface entirely, which a lamp does not.
- Along a kitchen bench, in a row of three or five, as a decorative layer above the working light, not instead of it.
- Down a hallway, or staggered in a stairwell.
- Clustered at different drops over a table — three or five singles at staggered heights, which is a composition you build yourself rather than buy.
Or buy the cluster. Kupla is also made as a 15-light cluster mixing all three glass colours — smoke, clear and champagne together. If you want the effect without setting out fifteen individual drops, ask us.
Three glass colours — and they are genuinely different lights
This is the choice that matters, and it changes more than the appearance:
- Clear — the brightest of the three. Nothing absorbs the light, and you see the source through the glass. Sharpest, most contemporary, and the one to choose if you want the 240 lumens to actually reach the surface below.
- Champagne — a warm golden tint. It takes a little of the output and gives back warmth; against black hardware it reads as the most luxurious of the three.
- Smoke — a grey tint, and noticeably the dimmest. Smoke glass absorbs a real share of the light. Choose it for atmosphere, not output — and if you are hanging Kuplas primarily to see by, smoke is the wrong one.
Mixing them is the point of the range, and it works: three or five singles in alternating glass over a bench gives variation in both tone and brightness, which is what the fifteen-light cluster does in one fitting.
Nothing to buy, and nothing to change
The LED is integrated, included and sealed at 3000 K, with CRI above 80. Nothing to source, nothing to replace — and equally nothing to change: it does not dim.
On a 240-lumen accent that is a much smaller loss than it would be on a room light — there is not far to come down from. But if you are hanging a row over a bench and want them to soften in the evening, say so before you order and we will look at alternatives.
⚠ A note on our data. No source records the size of this pendant. The datasheet gives its height as “0”, our record carries no width or height, and the old page's dimensions section listed only the 2,000 mm suspension.
On a pendant meant to be hung in rows, the diameter is what tells you how close together they can go. Ask us and we will measure one before you set out a run.

For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.
