The Jura CTC50 is a ø500 mm close-to-ceiling crystal light in chrome or gold — 50 W giving 5,000 lm, with switchable 3300 K / 4200 K / 6500 K, in an 80 mm profile.
⚠ Ask us how it dims before your electrician quotes. Our record says only “dimmable: Yes”, and this product’s datasheet is almost empty. Both Jura pendants dim by Bluetooth remote, not by a wall dimmer — and if this one is the same, fitting a TRIAC dimmer could damage it. We will not guess. Ask us and we will confirm with Telbix.
100 lm/W — genuinely efficient — from a fitting only 80 mm deep. Crystal normally trades output for sparkle: the tiered Zafra and Brera pendants in this catalogue give 2,400 to 2,600 lm for 80 W, about 30 lm/W. The Jura sparkles and lights the room, and this is the brightest of the family.
ø500 mm at 5,000 lm, against the CTC40’s ø400 mm at 4,000 lm. Both sit 80 mm off the ceiling, so both work at 2,400 mm. The 500 is the one for a living room or a main bedroom; the 400 suits a hallway or a smaller room. The canopy is 490 mm, so almost the whole 500 mm face sits against the ceiling.
3300 K warm, 4200 K natural, 6500 K daylight. That top figure goes well beyond the 5000 K most tri-colour fittings stop at, and through crystal the difference is dramatic: 6500 K gives a hard brilliant sparkle, and 3300 K reads warm and golden. Our record lists only 4200 and 6500 — the warm setting is missing from it, as it is on every other Jura product.
On a 490 mm canopy under a 500 mm fitting, the frame is almost all of what you see from below. Chrome is cool and belongs with the 6500 K setting; gold is warm and belongs with 3300 K. Both are gloss, and both are on stainless steel rather than plated steel, so the finish does not degrade the way plating can.
Our sources disagree on the material. The datasheet says aluminium, brass and stainless steel — but that exact phrase appears on seven unrelated Telbix sheets including a gypsum wall light, so it is a template default rather than data. The page says crystal and stainless steel, and that is what we publish.
ø500 mm by 80 mm high, canopy 490 × 35 mm, in crystal on stainless steel, gloss. Integrated 50 W LED giving 5,000 lm, included, with switchable 3300 K / 4200 K / 6500 K, CRI >80. Dimmable — but the control type is not recorded; ask us before wiring a dimmer. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.

We do not know, and this is one to check before your electrician quotes. Our record says only “dimmable: Yes”, and both Jura pendants dim by Bluetooth remote rather than a wall dimmer — if this one is the same, fitting a TRIAC dimmer could damage it. Ask us and we will confirm.
Yes, and that is unusual for crystal. 5,000 lm from 50 W is 100 lm/W; the tiered crystal pendants in this catalogue give 2,400 to 2,600 lm for 80 W. This is the brightest of the Jura family.
Both sit 80 mm off the ceiling and work at 2,400 mm. The 500 mm at 5,000 lm is for a living room or main bedroom; the 400 mm at 4,000 lm suits a hallway or a smaller room.
Three — 3300 K warm, 4200 K natural and 6500 K daylight, which goes well beyond the 5000 K most tri-colour fittings stop at. Our record lists only two; the warm setting is missing from it, as on every other Jura product.
Crystal on stainless steel. The datasheet says aluminium, brass and stainless — but that exact phrase appears on seven unrelated Telbix sheets including a gypsum wall light, so it is a template default rather than data.
On a 490 mm canopy under a 500 mm fitting, the frame is almost all of what you see from below — so it matters more here than on a pendant. Chrome is cool and belongs with 6500 K; gold is warm and belongs with 3300 K.
Yes — Class I, earth required, hard-wired.
