Jovaro 38Cm Exterior Wall Light Large

The Jovaro EX38 is a 380 mm exterior wall light in black sand with textured water-glass panels — 12 W giving 730 lm at 3000 K, CRI above 90, IP43.

Water glass at 380 mm

Water glass is textured with an irregular rippled surface, like the underside of moving water — lit from within it breaks light into a soft shifting pattern rather than a flat panel. At 380 mm there is half again as much glass as on the smaller Jovaro, so the pattern is what you notice from across a courtyard, not just up close. That, and not brightness, is the reason to buy the larger size.

730 lumens at CRI above 90

Enough to light a doorway and the ground in front of it. The CRI above 90 is unusual outdoors — most exterior fittings sit at 80 — and across 380 mm of lit glass and the wall around it, that difference is more visible here than on the smaller version.

A 140 mm projection, and 1.7 kg

380 mm high by 165 mm wide, standing 140 mm off the wall on a 120 mm backplate. Half again the weight of the smaller Jovaro — still light, but worth a proper fixing on cladding or render.

Where it works

• Tall or wide entries, where 380 mm holds the proportion.
• Courtyards, where the glass pattern reads from a distance.
• Covered positions — porches and under eaves.
• ⚠ IP43 — downward spray only. Not a side-driven-rain wall.
• ⚠ No brighter than the 240 mm — choose on proportion.

Integrated 12 W LED giving 730 lm at 3000 K, included, CRI >90, not dimmable. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP43 — rated against DOWNWARD spray only; covered positions. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.
