The Invar PE7B is a 1,278 mm seven-light pendant bar in matt nickel with glass shades — 40 W total giving 3,040 lm at 4000 K, CRI above 90, TRIAC dimmable, on an adjustable 700–1,700 mm suspension.
⚠ On the length, and why we are stating it carefully. The only source that records a length gives “1278 cm” — 12.78 metres, which is absurd for a pendant bar. It is plainly 1,278 mm, a unit error. But it is the only source: our record carries no length and neither did the specification table. If you are fitting this to a defined space, ask us to confirm the measured length before you commit.
⚠ It weighs 11.1 kilograms, and no page said so. That is heavy for a pendant — more than the 7 kg two-tier Jura, and spread over 1.28 metres from a single canopy. It needs a fixing into structure, not into plasterboard, and your electrician should know the figure before the day of install.
Unusual and genuinely useful. Most pendants give a fixed length of cable that you shorten at install. The Invar gives a range: 700 mm at the shortest, 1,700 mm at the longest. That means the same fitting suits a low ceiling over a bench and a higher one over a table, and it can be re-set later if the room changes.
40 W giving 3,040 lm is 76 lm/W — sound, and holding CRI above 90 at the same time, which usually costs efficiency. Over a dining table or an island that combination is what you want: enough light to work by, and food, timber and skin holding their real colour. Seven separate sources across 1.28 metres also light the length evenly rather than pooling in the middle.
Natural white, fixed — crisper than the 3000 K most dining pendants use. On its own that would be a working light rather than an evening one, but it dims from an ordinary TRIAC leading-edge wall dimmer, and a dimmed 4000 K source warms perceptibly as it drops. Specify a dimmer with it.
The Invar look is minimal hardware: simple suspended sockets on a slim bar, with 130 mm glass shades. The frame is aluminium, iron and glass in matt nickel, on a 190 mm canopy, and the bar is 290 mm deep front to back.
It is Class I — earth required and hard-wired. A licensed electrician installs it — and given the 11.1 kg, show them the ceiling before the day.
1,278 mm long (confirm with us — the only source is a unit error), 290 mm deep, shades 130 mm, canopy 190 mm, suspension 700–1,700 mm adjustable, 11.1 kg, in aluminium, iron and glass, matt nickel. Seven integrated COB LEDs, 40 W total, giving 3,040 lm at 4000 K, included, CRI >90, TRIAC dimmable. 240 V, Class I — earth required, IP20 — indoor and dry locations only. Warranty is three years, as a replacement warranty.

Yes — 3,040 lm from 40 W, at CRI above 90. Seven separate sources across 1.28 metres light the length evenly rather than pooling in the middle.

Food, timber and skin holding their real colour — and it is unusual to get that alongside 76 lm/W, because the two normally trade against each other.
Yes — Class I, earth required, hard-wired, and at 11.1 kg they should see the ceiling before the day of install.
