Product Description
xThe Jasper is a 12 W outdoor wall light built around a diffused face rather than an open aperture, so it reads as an even panel of light instead of a bright slot. That makes it a sensible choice at or near eye level, where a glass-fronted fitting would put a hotspot in a visitor's line of sight as they reach the door.
Even light, not a beam
The diffuser spreads the output across a wide, soft field. Practically, that means the Jasper lights a person standing at your door better than it lights the wall behind them — which is what you want beside an entry, and not what you want if you are after a graphic scallop down a feature wall.
Where it works
- Beside front, side and garage entry doors, at or near head height.
- Passage and side-access walls needing even light along their length.
- Covered porches and under-eave positions — IP54 handles rain and splashing.
- Townhouse and apartment entries where a compact, soft-faced fitting suits the scale.
Specifying it
A 12 W LED is built in — no globe, no socket, nothing to replace. Tri-colour switching covers 3000 K, 4000 K and 5500 K, set once at installation. It runs on 240 V AC with the driver inside the fitting, is not dimmable, and CRI is above 80. The body is poly powder coated aluminium, IP54, available in white and black at the same price.
Supplied and supported by Lights For You. Both finishes are produced in matched runs, so order the fittings for one elevation together if the powder coat needs to match exactly.
Questions
Does it need a driver?
No. It runs on 240 V AC with the 12 W driver built in.
Is there a globe to change?
No. The 12 W LED is integrated, with no socket and no replaceable lamp.
Can it be dimmed?
No. This fitting is not dimmable.
Why choose a diffused face over clear glass?
The diffuser hides the LED and spreads the light, so there is no hotspot. That suits positions close to eye level, such as beside a door.
Is it suitable for an exposed wall?
IP54 covers rain and splashing, suitable for a normal external or under-eave wall. It is not rated for wash-down or driven coastal spray.
What is the warranty?
Three years, as a replacement warranty.

Warranties, Return & Refund Policy
xWarranties
For all warranty claims please ensure you have your proof of purchase at hand, an invoice from your electrician from the installation and check the faulty product is within the applicable warranty period. Warranty is replacement only.
Lights For You is not responsible for damages caused by unprofessional installation, modified products or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as by improper use, manipulation and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment.
Faulty items: lodge warranty directly with the brand (manufacturer). Keep proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notification of any damages or missing items must be received by Lights For You within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Please email photos to ashfield@lightsforyou.com.au.
If the product is to be repaired or replaced, it must correspond to the one originally sent by Lights For You and the customer must include the delivery note and/or invoice.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
- Customers who wish to return a product due to a change of mind or cancelled order may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. This includes any costs you incur for us shipping the product to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher and will be equal to the price paid for the product minus the cost of shipping. Store credit vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults & damages policy.
Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel all or part of an order due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may do subject to cancelling in within 12 hours, during business hours from time of purchase. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them.

- Restocking fee: 20% will apply unless otherwise stated, or unless another order of equal or greater value is placed in lieu of this re-stocking fee.
